This is the worst exam preparation software I have ever used in my life. I took my exam twice and failed it after using this tool to study. I paid for the PREMIUM VERSION and I couldn't get more than 50%. I had over 90 percent in every practice exam I took and none of those questions EVER came up or were relevant during the actual exam. Please go to CE Shop.

Over two hours to verify my ID, then the proctor got "disconnected" but it did not notify me. After two and a half hours, I just quit and had to fight hard for a refund.

This website is confusing to use. Which option best shows you what the actual test is going to be setup like? It's also a racket to make more money. Why doesn't 1 option come with you test price?

The code I was given kept saying it was invalid. I called for help from support and never received any assistance. I finally logged out of my account and then logged back in, problem fixed. WHY COULDN'T YOU GUYS TELL ME the answer was so simple!?

The products purchased are not accessible. The actual exam (online version) does not give clear directions about having the test certificate available. This caused me to waste $55 and my scheduled appointment. Will be leaving negative feedback. Also, was on hold for 30 minutes and was disconnected.

The day of test, everything was fine. But the practice exam and online experience was terrible. The first practice exam failed to load for 3 days in a row, and when I sent screenshots to customer service, they never issued a refund or credit. Also, they don't tell you that the practice exam closes within a certain time limit of the test. I saved time to study and finish my practice exam now, but it won't open. This is the second one I purchased, because I failed the first exam (thanks to not having a practice exam the first go round), and here I am going into exam #2 tomorrow with no practice exam. My test is in 12 hours. I could be running questions right now! The problem is that no matter how many times I reach out to customer service, there is no service. No refund...no opening my test back up, or explaining their policy of closing out the exam before (X) hours before the real test. I'm very frustrated with PSI... the whole thing is a scam that you have to put up with if you want the credentials.

Good to have an option for prep tests, but after paying hundreds of dollars for the test itself, on top of needing to pay for your schooling prior, paying so much just to practice feels like a scam.

I booked for an AWS exam and before confirming the transaction I wanted to read the terms and conditions. However, only a blank window popped up. I tried to call the customer service but was on hold for ages and no one answered the call. I then went ahead and booked, hoping for the best. In my confirmation email I then saw their terms and conditions and there was one part I didn't want to consent to, namely their Facial Comparison Policy where they use AI to match your images. It says: "If you do not agree to the use of facial comparison technology during your testing session, do not accept this term. You will not be able to complete your registration online. Instead, please call the PSI call center to complete your registration."

So I tried to call the customer service again and again, but no one ever picked up. On the exam day I tried my luck in the live chat. The agent was incredibly rude, always ending my chat when I told her that I do not agree to the policy and that I would like to talk to someone who can help me.

Now I could not attend my exam and it will be a hassle to get my money back. Probably legal actions will be necessary.

My initial exam was fine, although the available dates and times were not very helpful. Meaning that they were few and far between, and the only locations offering them were very far away from me. Several hours. Upon trying to get my license the location did not have staff available to do it, causing me to have to takeoff another day of work and drive several more hours the next day to get it done. They also were rude and would not give me any sort of letter to show to the state board that I had been there. I filed a complaint with their corporate office, it took nearly 2 weeks to get back to me and they were also very rude and completely useless. They would not take responsibility for their lack of staff nor try to help me in anyway. Terrible service all around in every way. Comcast level of rude and unhelpful, took forever to get a response, customer service numbers out of service, etc. a company that has completely stopped caring about customer service because they have a captive audience that do not have the option to go to another establishment, which is bad for everyone besides them. It's bad for both communities theyre established in and their "customers". At least where I am there are no other options whatsoever, which seems very monopolistic to me.

Worst Customer Service
September 22, 2022

Very upset with PSI. I have asked to speak to a manager several times and they refuse to connect with me. When I login to PSI online it states I failed and exam and the customer service rep said I passed. I've called and have spoken to 8 people today and no one can assist with resolving my issue. I have contacted the State of Michigan Licensing Department and they said they have had the same issue with other test takers. ALWAYS CALL AND DEMAND YOUR TEST RESULTS. ONLINE LOGIN IS NOT ACCURATE.
