Pro world is the best at what they do keep up the great work. The products are great if you have any suggestion on what would I need to start doing shirts I already have the heat press machine what is needed to create your own design and print them

There were 2 small issues but were addressed promptly. I was missing 1 piece but they shipped it out the next day. And there was confusion on my part because the invoice said I was credited for a transfer I returned but I never got. But after contacting them I found out that the transfer was discontinued. So everything worked out. Thanks and I'll be continuing business with them..

Printer does beautiful work! Instructions leave a great deal to be desired. It would help to have step by step photos, and instructions in layman terms. I felt like I needed an interpreter to figure it out.

Your customer service is great! I wish you offered free shipping without having to spend a ton of money, but otherwise, great! The product I ordered because it was recommended to me. I wasn't completely happy with it.

The Fathers Day transfer were great. The images were trendy and it did not look like just another tshirt. I like the ease of heat pressing them. I managed to put them on good. Will order earlier next time so that I could make more shirts than I did this year.

My heat press was damaged in transit and the help and assistance I got was very appreciated. They were patient and ready to hear my side of the story and keep open communication through the whole process. I look forward to working with them more.

I am always pleased with the products purchased thus far. I have just purchased some new items will be the first time trying them out. I will let you guys know the out come based on the feed back I get from my customers.

Products as described. Haven't tried them all yet. I will say the only thing I have tried was the puzzles and I messed them up. The black sublimation ink ran at the top and bottom into the cracks. The middle looked fine. So the problem was me, I'm sure. So I will be more careful and use templates next time!

This is the second time I purchased from proworld and I love the heat transfer designs. I also look forward to receiving my Swedish fish. The designs were easy to apply even for beginner's. I would recommend them.

I made my first purchase and I'm really pleased with the product quality. I just bought a heat press and wanted to be able to purchase designs to supplement my custom vinyl products. My purchase was delivered quickly and I was also impressed with the follow up email with instructions on how to apply the transfers. Very happy with my overall experience.

I ordered some heat transfers from pro world for the first time like I have from other companies, what I didn't know was all the fabulous fun that I get with my purcgase! Loved the email with the detailed instructions on how to transfer each item successfully! Love all the live videos that will expand my love of heat transfer and so much more! Love Pro Workd! Received my ink but haven't loaded it yet.
Wouldn't recommend the transfers as I wasted three shirts. Been using transfers for years and these stuck the the paper and letters wouldn't come off. Had to remove one of the words and the small letters are pulled and some wouldn't press

Pro World has been very great to shop with, but I received a laser alignment for christmas as a gift, and it does not work. One of the laser eye is out and seems to be a short in the electrical system. I called pro world to see if i can exchange and they tell me i need to talk to hotronix..
