We have not received our total order yet. We ordered and was charged for 12 pcs of Religious WORDS but only received 2 pcs. There was no notice of a backorder which is why we were charged for it. Please send us the remainder of the transfers asap.

Pro Owlrd has wonderful print at affordable prices. I started off with a few prints now i order weekly and sometimes a few times a week. I keep seeing more transfer options and I've started a business off of a hobby. This is a lucrative opportunity to make a decent amount of money without a lot of hardhardware. I'm currently placing another order ask I complete his review. I'm am very pleased with pro world.
After shopping around, ProWorld had the best package to begin the sublimation business journey. I have not been disappointed. The printer, presses, etc. was so easy to set up. I was making my first product in an hour.
My only complaint about ProWorld is shipping. For such a large company, I'd like to order my supplies from them from this point on, but the lack of free shipping bothers me. I'm waiting longer than two days for the items and I am paying for it. Why wouldn't I order my supplies from Amazon? Overall, I will continue to order from PW for all items I can't find on Amazon until they offer free shipping. I hope PW will take this review as constructive critisim and work towards offering the free shipping at some point for smaller orders. Thank you for the sublimation package!

I have ordered six different times from Proworld, and it has always been a pleasant experience. This particular order was for Ink for the Sawgrass 400, and it was needed as fast as possible, I did receive in a fair time, considering freight is moving slow right now. My number one favorite thing is the ability to use Affirm at checkout, as ink is expensive, more so in this years of the Covid.

Had a lot of problems with sublimation paper on mugs but Ed was gracious enough to call me and figure some things out, he was very nice and professional.
I ordered about 27 Rhinestone Transfers, they came pretty fast and were packaged nicely & secured. The stones are beautiful! I can't wait to transfer to my shirts!
Every time I order from Pro World I receive exactly what I wanted and I love those Swedish Fish. Sometime packaging is damaged during shipping but items are always perfect.
Oh my goodness! I researched for months and months before I decided to buy a heat press. I finally decided to get the Transpro 15x15 clam shell after reading every review from ProWorld. Wow! I am loving my heat press. I've had it about 3 weeks now. I've always used an iron to make my tshirts, which took forever. So this is my first heat press. I opened it out of the box and was using it about 30 minutes later! No need to "burn off" a smell I read about. No need to wait 30 minutes for it to heat up like I'd read about. We turned it on, set it to temperature, and I made my first shirt about 15-20 minutes later! I am loving my press so far and would recommend it to anyone looking to get one!
The company seems to be very helpful. I have not encountered any issues at this time. I just received my order which did not arrive on time as stated. But never the less it has arrived.
The original shipment had a few hic ups but the customer service department was on top of it right away. All have been received now and I love everything.
I do have to see darts on the sides, but they come with filters and adjustable straps. Loves these from Proworld, fast shipping within a week. I'll keep ordering from them. Clients love them too!
