Pro World has great customer service. I didn't have to wait days for a response to my problem. They responded quickly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction which is why I will continue to order from them.

Great product and quick delivery. Tho i was a little concerned on whether any would be broken, i even ask the driver how many were broke, the box was in such bad shape and he said he would note the box destruction. Fearfully opened each one and they were all intact. Thank you
I love this tumbler press! Took me a few tries to get everything right but I am new to sublimation. Now I have beautiful tumblers. I can't brag enough about this press! If your wondering if it's worth the money your worries are over it certainly is!
I placed my order with this website for the first time, speedy delivery except they sent me the wrong item, which I notified them of immediately. Within three days I had the correct item that I ordered! Other than that everything was great!
I ordered black license plates for a sublimation project and they were very easy to use, I love the results and will definitely purchase more. Also, the Oracal 631 vinyl was perfect and easy to use as well, I had no problems making my wall decals.
I received my package in a timely manner! They have a strong odor when opening the package l. My only suggestion would be to separate the dark printable vinyl from the light vinyl into separate bags and labeled. That would have been helpful rather then me guessing which one was which.
Very poor customer service. Ordered two vinyl's and took close to two weeks for delivery. Had to purchase from another company, received that order and finished project before even getting this order. Never order again from pro world.
First time I ordered my print the submitted design was altered. I did not notice it during and approved it. My fault, but art get altered and that sucks, especially if you already have a designed logo. One print came is a larger than required box. Box was mashed but no harm to print.
So I took it on the chin, and made another order same results but this time I thoroughly check the design and had it corrected. Once again the print is in a larger box with nothing but one print. Box is smashed up badly and my print was crumpled up. Like why would place this one print is a large box. Heck the samples given were in better packaging why not what I paid for. Oh! And the kicker is it is $11 to ship what is equivalent to a sheet of paper. That makes it worse. So I am out $40+, they asked if I wanted a refund or a print and I was so upset with the experience I denied it. Should have gave me a refund anyway for my trouble but that is not what this company cares about.
Exactly what I ordered - and great price - but, that wait! Especially on stock transfers (which should be ready to ship?) other than that if you have time to wait there's a good economical selection of transfers available!
Spent all this money and having issues with software, it pisses me off, and Ive followed all instructions. Limited amount of instructions cause the other 98% is in Chinese or Japanese. I live in America not in either one of those countries.
Bought quite a few things. Some pressed really well... Others not so much. Following all instructions with temp, time and heavy pressure since when I called about 1 particular issue, I was basically told I wasn't applying enough pressure so when I got the replacement, applied even more... Same result. Other prints pressed fine
This website has a great selection of sublimation blanks the first part of my order was shipped out very fast I'm still awaiting the second and third parts of my order just because things were back ordered however it is still a great website.
I have purchased vinyl from them and have never had a problem. This time however, i was sent the wrong color and now have to go through extra steps before they send me the right vinyl which is delaying the completion of my order.
Typical NJ attitude and they are just about the money they want you to buy way more than you would ever need wast your time then give you attitude about it. Use someone else these people are the worst.

Hi Steven, We appreciate your feedback. The custom transfer order that you placed was entered on a sheet size that only offered 1 design per sheet. Our representative provided options to maintain that same sheet but remove the additional designs to keep the same cost or upgrade the order to the gang sheet size that we offer. We are sorry that these options did not work for you but we appreciate you considering us.
Will definitely be a return customer. Product are excellent. I wish they gave application instructions on each product, whether then having to check the website to see what the material and directions are for each different item
My stuff was delivered to Wrong address My Neighbor up the Street Ended up with my Prints! Your company printed out Wrong address label for delivery! I almost Lost $500 worth of supplies! Im so Glad I have great Neighbors! So Im hesitant about ordering more & your service accuracy! The paperwork was correct but the shipping label was missing a number in my address!
I received my order in a very timely manner. They even sent it on 2 separate days. I am guessing that one part was not ready when all of the rest was ready so instead of holding my whole order they just sent it separately. That is what I call great customer service.
