First time I ordered my print the submitted design was altered. I did not notice it during and approved it. My fault, but art get altered and that sucks, especially if you already have a designed logo. One print came is a larger than required box. Box was mashed but no harm to print.
So I took it on the chin, and made another order same results but this time I thoroughly check the design and had it corrected. Once again the print is in a larger box with nothing but one print. Box is smashed up badly and my print was crumpled up. Like why would place this one print is a large box. Heck the samples given were in better packaging why not what I paid for. Oh! And the kicker is it is $11 to ship what is equivalent to a sheet of paper. That makes it worse. So I am out $40+, they asked if I wanted a refund or a print and I was so upset with the experience I denied it. Should have gave me a refund anyway for my trouble but that is not what this company cares about.

Once we were made aware of the details of the alterations to your artwork, our art department fixed the designs to your specifications. This is something that should have been done with your first order. With regards to the packaging of the transfer sheets, we reached out to our shipping department, and they have been instructed to pack the transfer sheets more securely to avoid potential damage in the future.
