Took less than 30 seconds to complete my transaction. I was asked my name and email address. In less than 5 seconds my transaction was completed.
I had an unknown pending credit card charge. This company was easy to contact through online messenger and promptly rectified the issue.
Used the email contact service for my issue and at first the Service Rep was having trouble finding my account and then didnt understand I wanted all the previous months charges removed, but once this was communicated, all the refunds were processed and I was very happy.

However I am CERTAIN I didn't choose a volume discount and didn't agree to the $20 dollar charge. I paid for one report and was charged 1 dollar for that. The fact that you have a FAQ about the $20 charge either means you need to make your checkout process more clear, or the company is making money on the fact that people won't discover the charge or won't bother to follow up for a refund.

Horrible. They manipulate google so they show up high in the google search for property records and make it seem like they are official government services. Tried to pay for the report as an 'guest' and that kept getting declined. I called the customer service and was told I needed an account to get the report. So I signed up and got the one report I wanted which anyone can probably get for free if they weren't duped like me and went to the actual government sources. Then a month later I was somehow locked into recurring charges I never wanted. Only thing not making this criminal is they did reverse the recurring charges when I complained about them
