I got a help for refunding charge immediately. So great service and very nice guy. I just found I was charged $30 that is not my mean. I really don't understand When I do have an account with remain fee.

I discovered a $20 charge on my account and thought my card was stolen at first, until my fiancé verified it was a legit company. I don't remember ever signing up for a "discounted package" on this site, maybe I paid $1 or something but not a membership. Nor have I ever logged into this account. I chatted with Anthony and he made it super easy to resolve this issue and refund the charges since last August ($180) and closed my account. I never noticed this but I will be more vigilant now.

I received a charge. I did not expect from this company. I contacted-customer's board and they quickly reversed the charges. I do appreciate company that works to keep customers and potential customers happy. I don't know why I received a charge, unless I simply selected something I did not understand. I will probably use them again in the future because of this kind of customer support.

When I asked for the information concerning my property lines I understood there was a $8.00 charge. I got a recurring charge of $30.00 on my next bill. I did a chat with PropertyRecs and explained what happened and received a $30.00 credit on my bill. So I was a happy customer. Gave a 4 star review because it was unclear that I had signed up for the recurring charge... even though I got a confirmation of the $8.00 original charge.
