I used their service a couple of months ago, and must have accidentally signed up for a "volume discount" package without meaning to. I contacted them today and they refunded the latest charge and closed my account. I was pleasantly surprised!

Pretty straight forward. Just asked a question and they'll get back to me on 12 to 24 hours is what I was told.
