Amy helped me instantly reverse a secret charge that was added to my account. I hate that this happened at all, so the site is shady. However, the customer service was great.
The information I received on the property I was looking at was very complete,although all I was really looking for was a plot plan. So I paid for nothing.

I pulled a property record for our newly purchased home. Although it didn't state work done on our roof previously like I hoped I appreciated all the information and details that were listed in the record and will definitely be referring to it for many reasons!
I needed a property report and was pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was and how quickly I received a thorough report. Then I received a follow up email within minutes checking to see if I got everything I needed. Great work!

In August 2024 I purchased a $1 one-time report for an address to begin handling the estate of my father who died the previous month.
Subsequently Propertyrec.com began billing me $20 per month on August 23,2024 and then monthly until February 2025 when I received a fraud alert from the bank. Apparently I was signed up for a $20 monthly volume discount for which the user interface at PropertyRecs.com does not disclose when purchasing a single report for the reasonable $1 fee.
I did not wittingly sign up for a monthly subscription.
When I discovered the fraudulent charges in February 2025 and requested a refund of the overcharges for August 2024 through January 2025, the customer service representative on the chat was very responsive. Sarah refunded the fraudulently charged $120 immediately and confirmed my account was closed. She even provided the confirmation number. The customer service was excellent and prompt. It made me conclude this is a common experience they will address when requested.

I purchased a one-time service but realized they charged me more without my knowledge. I never signed up for anything, so there was a hidden fee or a hidden subscription that they added in fine print. I reached out to them and the agent helped me cancel the subscription that I never purchased, but somehow was there. The agent was helpful and she fixed my issue as soon as I reached out, so that was good.

Companies fee issues are not detailed on the site. That said when contacted to clear us a fee not authorized Property Recs quickly made it right.

This website provides indepth detailed information about any property. Anyone who has every lived there, listings, etc. Be aware of continuing charges. But you can cancel at anytime.
I came across your website doing property research for an appraisal job. I decided to try it, once, to see what you offer. Was disappointed to learn that everything you offer for a fee, I can find for free through public records. I didn't sign up for a volume discount when I got the minimum fee report. However, I was charged $20 for the volume discount anyway. I requested a refund and cancelation of my account via the livechat service. The customer rep gets 5 stars for not hassling me about the refund. But the company gets 1 star because it's a rip off when I can find the same info for free.

I accessed some property records for the one dollar fee mentioned, but later found a twenty dollar charge to my credit card for a data package I didn't order. When apprised of the discrepancy, PropertyRecs responded and promised to refund the charge to my satisfaction.

Needed to find out my property tax info and was able to do so for $1 with property rec. Great customer support
I was able to get the information I was looking for with PropertyRecs.com. The County office wasn't very helpful over email. They wanted me to show up in person.
Every month money was taken out of my account. So I looked up the website, spoke with Shirley and she took care of that in two seconds!
