I found this information to be quick, affordable, easy to access, but I need title information. Why can't I get title information? Do I have to go to the Weld County office to get title information? Am I going to be charged $1 or will it be more, as stated in another review?

This was good. I was surprised to have to pay the $1 as i thought this was public "free" records. The overhead picture was a couple of years old where as the picture of the road, front of the house was up to date.

Excellent review, I had an idea of my properties worth and they nailed it, Only suggestion is to allow you to list any recent improvements, i. E. new roof, solar panels, new tile, etc..

I thought this was a site supported by the local taxing authority but it is apparently a private business. The information shows 3 bedrooms but there are only 2. The third area has no door and can be considered an office or den only.

This looks like it easy and reasonable. Having to fill out this review prior to reviewing title and property records is a little unusual.

I need title info, how do I get it. This site is hard to use, Does not recognize my password and I just get stuck in a loop, I will just go down in person and get the info I need. Should be available online!
