I went on the site to check the listing of ownership and taxes. As my mommy has been deteriorating in health, I wanted to know what I would be looking at when she passes. The listing showed me that I was listed before siblings that have used mommy as a bank in the passed. I hope this information will help when we have to meet with lawyer for the will reading.
The web site was complete and clear. I needed the tax assessments to complete my income taxes and found it at once. All other information was listed The sale history was accurate and complete.
