They claimed they charge $1 for the report and ended up charging $23.95! Avoid this bull$#*! company!

Total Scam. Every thing I have experienced with these confirms they are a scam. Stop these scammers. I do not recall setting up any account with these people. The staff were not so helpful, when I told them that I was charged almost $250 for a service which I have not received. She said she will cancel the account but only refund me for the last 4 - 6 months, so I am still out 4 months of payments I did not authorize. I don't remember setting up an account, have no record of user-name/password, so can't contact the company to close it. But I'm sure my bank will know how to deal with this scam when I go to see them tomorrow.

This advertised that it would be $1 for a property search. I only needed to look up one property. They charged my account for $23 and some change. I called and requested a refund I was told they will not give me a refund because I used the service and that I could look up to 25 properties. This is a rip off… I suggest to use neighbor who they charge $1 and give you a 7 day trial then after 7 days if you don't cancel you will pay a monthly fee. Property record.com needs to reevaluate your policy.

The property record displays information on the screen. It can not be downloaded to our desktop for future records.

I am a first time user of this rather outstanding site. I found the site to be a wealth of information with easy access and seems to be very user-friendly.

The information provided didnt include the actual bedrooms or baths assigned to the home. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Because the information is incomplete, it gives the viewer less than accurate information. It would be nice if the home was reported appropriately.

Overall the site was conclusive, although the name I was seeking was missing. Contacted the tax appraisal's office who explained my concern. I give it a 4.5...

Review was fine but I wanted the APN number and it does not provide that. Otherwise, its a thorough report.

I actually thought I would get more information, like the status of the property tax payment, the zoning, etc. But I did get the owner's name, so I'm thankful for that.

I went on this site to find the amount of my personal property's assessment amounts - this is for people looking to buy my house. The information is also significantly wrong.

Love it; I will continue using it. Easy to use, super inexpensive, and lots of great information for beginners like me.
