Our review seemed to be fair, unbiased, accurate and, what I would have stated about this property. It wasn't much to look at when we first seen it. But the addition of a new garage and having the whole yard scraped and leveled helped a lot. It began to look like a home at that point.

Good needed to review permits and new constructio by new owners also needed lot size and map of area

My wife & I moved here in 2002.Great, safe and fun community. We are social members of BDCC and have met so many wonderful homeowners. It's like living on a college campus. So many fun times, so many parties. No homeless. Shopping nearby.

I tried to order a report under the impression that it was just $1 per report. The charge was denied by my credit card company which sent a text message asking if it was me making the charge for $23.95! Apparently they have had other customers with this issue and are alerting them to the problem. I'll be looking elsewhere for this information.
