I obtained this review for $1 and it's been quite helpful. It has good information about the site and the actual building. Only problem I noticed is that the record only went back 20 years, and the building was put up in 1979, so there's a 24 year hole in the permits, tax and ownership record. I owned this property from 1984 - 1989. Perhaps that's a result of the Counties lack of older information, but it should be presented, if it's available.

It's a great resource to see past foreclosures, who has owned the home, and more. It also has a map for nearby sex offenders, not information I was looking for, but interesting to see nonetheless. It didn't have the information I was personally looking for, but I wasn't really expecting it to either.

I wish it had more information about the owner and property.
The sex offender information was difficult to figure out. I see where it tells me the number of sex offenders but i could not figure out how to view all of them. I also noticed that the current years tax information is not available.

I must admit that the information found was more than and less than I expected. That being said, what I mean is that there is an abundance of info on chain of ownership, dwelling description, property value and even occupant history. However, I was looking for an actual copy of the land and mortgage deed. Unless it is there, and I couldn't find it. Reviewed more than once. Was unable to find image for proof of purchase.
