The web site was very user friendly. My report contained all information that I needed and the information was easily understood. I was very satisfied with the system and the format of the report.
I was impressed with the information they gave me it was accurate. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I wanted to see my property lines and it wasn't included

It's okay if you want basic information. I needed more detailed information. Especially the property lines, measurements, where survey markers are located. Plus it says you can get the report for $1 but then you have to pay for 24 months which adds up to more than $500 over the 24 months.

Simple easy to fill out, cost fair. Good way review/appraise one's own property for comparison with county records. Credit card entry pain in the $#*!; first card entered rejected 3 times; all info entered correctly & verified. Second card info entered accepted no problem?
I thought the report was very accurate. Once signed in the report generated in a very short time. Gave a complete history of previous owners as well as taxes paid in 2021.
