2nd purchase with Proof Pronto. They always describe their products very well. The voice activated recorder is overpriced, in my opinion. The on and off switch is very cumbersome and for the money I think they could design that differently.

Lots of information, it was easy to find to product that was right for me. And free shipping is great!

Update: received my items even faster than expected in a plain box as promise. Devices were easy to setup, thanks to chat assistance.

I've ordered two products. The first product was good, the second product is not of high quality. I emailed them for a possible return and refund and got no response. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this store. Also some of their products are extremely overpriced.

Update: Just received my order, and it came in an unmarked package as promised and very carefully packaged. Had a little trouble using the devices, but got help from customer service and everything works as described. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Not a problem but just wanted to note that when purchasing the product they tell you 2 days shipping but when delivered it took 3 days and that's what the package says as well "Priority mail 3 days".

3 days is fast enough, should probably fix the typo.

I'm happy with my order, but I am very unhappy with the 50 percent restocking fee that you were going to charge me on my last order. I was interested in exchanging one product for another because the quality was not as good. I did not think that was fair. However I went ahead and ordered what I want and will just keep the one I wanted to exchange, but that made me very unhappy

You had exactly what I was looking for, and I found it easily. Checkout was efficient and clear.
Producst arrived today, Saturday. We haven't had time to use them yet; they are on charge at the moment. Will check back after we've had a chance to try them out.

- My order was not delivered in two business days as expected. Something happenned it was delivered two days later. I will suggest to always use FedEx for the 2 days shipping instead of ups. It set me back, that was not cool.

- The device works ok, but it is hard to filter out the noise of a running car to just get the voice only. If you sell other products that has that feature let me know.

ProofPronto offers good quality with good prices. Shipping is great, especially good is their using packages that provide confidentiality. Customer service is responsive. So far, one week after receiving my order, I am a satisfied customer.

The recorder was delivered and two days later the device is all and exactly as described. It's charged and working just as described. Now I can save the words and melody of songs and poems that seem to come to me best when I'm driving and can't remember well enough to write later. Thank you.

I purchased this for someone else, who would be using it with my computer. The ad states it is compatible with both PC and Apple, but that isn't entirely true. The set-up only works on a PC and I have an Apple. Playback is fine, but it would have been nice to know that's all that works on Apple. Otherwise, it looks like it works as expected. We'll know later.

The shopping experience was good but i can not rate the product or if i would shop here again until i use the ordered product. My shopping experience went very smoothly. Received order in two days as guaranteed. Unable to comment about full use of item as it has not been used - received it today.

It works great... Have been obtaining much needed information. My only issue is I need to figure what setting it needs to be on to filter out road noise or back ground noise. Other than that it works great!
