Excellent Firm. The big plus is that a customer can actually reach someone - by telephone or online - to help them with orders. MEGA KUDOS to your firm. It makes the rest of the competition look like bottom feeders, by comparison. The cost of having people to answer questions if more than offset by the addition new and repeat business - and positive word of mouth advertising - generated by this customer friendly approach.

ordering was a snap. Been using the Products i've purchased. Gave me plenty of insight on how my spouse thinks and that she is still pursing her love interested while "trying" to work things out in our marriage.

Everything went well with the purchase. Slightly disappointed with the product because it seems to do a lot of background noise amplification when there is no other dominant sounds being recorded.

Website has lots of info about products, and is easy to navigate.
Shipping time was lightning fast - i paid for expedited shipping, and it arrived even sooner than projected, which was awesome!
I haven't listened back to the recording yet, so i cant say how well the recorder actually works.
I do have one small complaint: Little magnet fell off the device when i removed it from desk, and I wasn't able to find it. Replacement magnets cost $20 for a set of 2, which seems really steep.

delivery of the product was quick and easy, can't ask for better, but the digital recorder leaves a lot to be desired, poor quality, not easily navigated. I think I'd have done better at Radio Shack

The recorder was delivered and two days later the device is all and exactly as described. It's charged and working just as described. Now I can save the words and melody of songs and poems that seem to come to me best when I'm driving and can't remember well enough to write later. Thank you.

Easy to use website had no problems. Received order at a decent time. Haven't try product yet but will be back to leave a review on it as well.

During the past 4 years I've purchased 3 of the VP-78 recorder pens to use in my business. Initially the pens worked well. But now none of the pens is working. They fully charge, but do not record. I have contacted customer service, but I have not received any response. I'm simply looking for a possible technical solution so I can use these devices.

I had to place the order twice. After I entered my credit card information the first time and hit submit, an error on page message appeared.I then had to place the order a second time.

product description was a bit lacking - had to go to multiple sites to get all needed info. You beat the next by $5

ProofPronto offers good quality with good prices. Shipping is great, especially good is their using packages that provide confidentiality. Customer service is responsive. So far, one week after receiving my order, I am a satisfied customer.

I contacted customer service via email that somehow the quantity on one of my two orders should have been 1 rather than 2. I never received a response and so had to pay for two items rather than the one I intended to order. This is the reasoning for my ratings in your survey. The products are just fine but the extra unintended cost did affect my bottom line.

The website is easy to navigate and very efficient. Unfortunately both recorders are not only human voice activated but any noise, sound, etc.
