Very quick as stated
The second order was faster than the first and that's hard to believe today. The products are great. The little usb recorder is the best ever!
Product was delivered on time. Too soon to evaluate the product as it just came in today. Has to be fully charged before a test of the product can be made.
Very fast and easy to place an order. I'm using the device to record dog barking from a neighbor. The neighbor is 60 to 80 feet away, and the clarity of this little unit is superb.
Easy First time ordering from this company... Will wait and see if products arrive on time and are accurate...

I ordered the product and it shipped on the same day I ordered it and received the order two days later. I am very impressed with the recording and playback quality.
I've ordered one of these items a few months ago but it didn't last more than 3 months...the top switch turns freely and doesn't turn on or off anymore...very disappointing.
The website is easy to navigate and very efficient. Unfortunately both recorders are not only human voice activated but any noise, sound, etc.

Very easy so far. Received it as promised. Tracking information was sent to me immediately and the follow up emails were fantastic. I hope that camera is everything advertised.
The unit is defective and I am now having to have it shipped back to LandAirSea directly. The battery will not take a charge and I have spoken to LandAirSea trying to troubleshoot the problem. I will be using it to track a dementia patient in a wheelchair due to MS, so this is VERY inconvenient.
The customer service is terrible. The address that I provided to proofpronto is correct but the product was sent back to them saying "Undeliverable as Addressed" but that is not the issue. I understand USPS might have made mistake and sent the product back to Proofpronto. Don't take my word for it, just try contacting them via phone about return issue, the automated calling system hangs up on you, and they tell you, they will only speak to you if you wish to make a purchase.
I made number of attempt via their website under return/refund but no one contacted me. Finally I contacted the sale department via website, they tole me that I might be contacted by mail person when on the USPS tracking shows it was returned back to them. I also called the U.S. post office and say had told me that it was return back to the vendor.
The bottom line is from this experience, I realized their customer service and communication is not very good, they just don't care after they make their sale. It's a yeahooostore, not sure where it is actually being run from..
Item packaged well and arrived in good condition. Arrived one day later then expected, but no problems as the shipping time was not that critical.
Your site is easy to use. But the "secret" mike was HUGE! I didn't expect that. Oh well, you never advertised it as tiny. I just assumed.

Contacted you regarding another product and I haven't received a response. This was regarding the wall cam adapter which isn't working
So far the order process, delivery time and customer service follow up is excellent but I didn't try the product yet.
