The product I purchased is not nearly as easily used (reading results) as advertised. The product (results) have left me more confused than ever.
Also, I placed the order online on Sunday and received it (in the same state as your company) on Friday... not exactly as soon as I had expected with 2nd day shipping.
Received the wrong USB stick, I ordered a android version and got an apple version. Customer support is virtually non-existent the only way is to email them and my email is not valid but is the same one used to order the USB stick. I have contacted one person which never answered, left a message with all my infor and still have not received any response. I will not purchase from this site again.
Ordering was a snap. Been using the Products i've purchased. Gave me plenty of insight on how my spouse thinks and that she is still pursing her love interested while "trying" to work things out in our marriage.
Purchased the ESonic MQ-L500 Digital Voice Recorder. Prince was great and could not be beat! Very happy with that. I tried the device to record a meeting on voice activated mode. Although continuous talking was going on, the recording stopped while the person was still speaking. It re-started right away, but still portions of the dialogue was missed. Not sure why that happened as the recorder was about 10 feet from the person and on a bench about 18" from the floor. Recording was not as crisp and I could not make out several words, so the jury is still out on whether this device will perform as advertised.
Product is great with clear recording if you are withinn 10 feet radius. The only problem is the distance it claims to record; 60 feet away. If you move more than 10 feet, it not as clear. Otherwise I like its size and how discrete it is.
I researched the internet for a GPS logger that was going to be easy to use yet capable of doing what i needed. After my research and reading customer reviews I chose the Tracker Key ll. I have already tested it out and so far I am very impressed! This is a no brainer for anyone looking for a easy to use GPS Logger that will give you loads of information. I highly Recommend the Tracker Key ll.
I don't believe that the camera I received is the same as the one I thought I ordered. Additionally, the owner's manual is absolutely ridiculous. It is obvious that the text was translated from something other than English and the translation is woefully inadequate. I am having to learn how to use this camera by trial and error rather than being able to translate what the manual says into English I can understand. The words are in English but it reads like pidgeon English. At this moment, the camera is charging and I will see how it works and if it indeed gets the 2 hour recording time per charge, which is THE reason I purchased this camera.
Delivery of the product was quick and easy, can't ask for better, but the digital recorder leaves a lot to be desired, poor quality, not easily navigated. I think I'd have done better at Radio Shack
First time customer. I cannot get my pen set for voice activation. It records the entire time which leaves a lot of dead air to forward through and around.

I shopped around before buying, and proof pronto had the best prices. In addition to that, they offer free shipping and excellent customer service/tech support. Will be shopping again!
Everything went well with the purchase. Slightly disappointed with the product because it seems to do a lot of background noise amplification when there is no other dominant sounds being recorded.
The delivery took four days from when the order was placed. The instruction booklet that came with the item is not very detailed and you need to guess about several items.

Cannot open the programming window to apply date, time, or any of the programming data sets.

Product arrive fast, great price, however i order the SL 100 and arrived MQ77, i have previously send email to inquire what is the difference b/c on web site seems like similar item but no one respond, so i placed the order anyway with SL100, and now the item arrived as MQ77! I still dont have my answer-are they the same items?!
Really like these little recorders - especially the sound-activated feature. Sound is good and they pick up well in a large room (large to me is 20' x 20').
I cant fault the company that sold the item, that only pulled up data with in a 2 week period... so that being said proofpronto was a great company to buy from fast and complete delivery.
The product came very fast and on time. I was able to track my item so it made it that much easier. I definitely would recommend your products and services to others.
Great. Did not hold very long for a representative. Haven't had a opportunity to use this for any length of time but am pleased with what I have at this time.
The recovery stick for iphone really works. Just have to follow the directions. Ideally have a faster updated windows and processor speed. I found what i was looking for. Thanks guys
