AVOID! The material is sub-standard and smells awful. They will imply that they're tailor made but items are mass produced. Costs a fortune to send back only for the company to advise that they have refunded, when they haven't. They will try to offer a small refund and their websites claim that you're not entitled to a refund when by law, you are. Still no refund from them. Terrible, terrible experience and no refund 6 weeks on.
Dress looks nothing like the picture. We ordered it with custom sizing and it was at least 2" too big everywhere. Fabric is ugly and cheap looking. Bottom hem of dress very poor quality. I submitted a review for the dress on the Promlily site but they didn't post it. They must only post the positive reviews. Dress was made in China.
The dress is a low quality! Several stains that we had to wash off. Fabric had a couple of cuts right on the front that couldn't be hidden unless you cut the whole piece off. Uneven sides, but the most funny thing is that one of the hanging string was sawn to the dress that's impossible to detach. The only pro is, it came on time, as promised. The good advice, stay away from this site, unless you're ready to fix all imperfections yourself like we had to do.
Terrible items bought, nothing like the photo, stunk of fish and has been an absolute nightmare to get my money back. I have returned both dresses over a week ago and I am going back and forth fighting for my money back £100 worth of shipping fees to get the dresses originally sent and then returned back to even get my refund. This is a scam and the website should be shut down!
I never received shipping information that the dresses were even coming despite payment being taken immediately upon ordering. When I emailed customer service I was assured dresses could be returned if they didn't fit with a 10% restocking fee. The dresses surprisingly showed up. Even though I ordered 2 sizes too big ( i assumed I would alter them) they were more like 2 sizes too small. When inquiring how to return, I was told to donate them to a local organization and no refund would be given.
The people running the emails with promlilly are so unprompted. Not willing to work with you at all.
I ordered a white sequin dress for my reception. When it arrived, it was a iridescent color, which did not look anything like the picture/color I selected. It looked more like the the "As Pictured" color. I reached out to customer service & got a complete runaround. Needless to say, I still have the dress, because they were making me pay the return shipping- which was $130, that's about as much as the dress cost! Also, when the dress arrived it had a different company name (Hebeos), so F.Y.I. They're the same people.
I purchased a dress from this site. When I received the dress it was obviously the wrong color. It clearly states on the site that you are entitled to a full refund if this happens. I tried to return it and they refused. Tried to give me 20% refund and told me to sell it myself. Horrible. Less than a 1 if I could.
I was skeptical based on the negative reviews, but we received the dress and it is true to size and description. Shipping takes a bit, but you receive tracking information that is accurate. Overall pleased with the purchase.
They should be sued. States they have a 14 day return policy but they actually dont accept returns. Dont know how they are in business.

The dress for my daughter arrived damaged and they would not provide a return label and wanted me to pay $45 to return a $100 dress and would not treat me with respect. I highly advise against buying from this company as they are not honorable.
I ordered my daughter a prom dress ahead of time and I did get my package. Ohhhh boy when I opened it they sent me the wrong color. Now it's 3 weeks before prom and sent multiple emails and they are not responding. The dress was supposed to be all ivory color and they sent me a 2 tone dress with gold at the top and ivory at the bottom. I even sent a copy of my original order to let them know it was there error and according to there policy I should get a full refund. They have stopped communicating with me and I will keep posting reviews on every site that I can. These MF'ers need to be shut down. Warning Do Not Order from Prom Lilly. Scammers!
Ordered a dress for my daughter, but the dress was not as expected, the fit was terrible, and the fabric they used what soooo cheap. Their refund policy is a joke, they do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Don't do it unless you're ok with a dress that you may end up hating, and you will not get a refund.
I ordered a dress for my granddaughter for prom, received the dress and the color was wrong. The dress was made of this ugly thick material nothing like the picture will never order from this site again!
DO NOT BUY. Dress looked nothing like the picture at all, had 2 marks on it, the smell was beyond disgusting. When I tried to email to return the dress the company came up with every excuse to not refund in full. They tried to say they received the dress back and was no fault on it and sent a picture of another dress. Tracking proved the dress wasn't even delivered at this point!
They still have NOT refunded the £25.85 postage to return.

I was ordering a prom dress for my daughter from prom lily. I immediately cancelled the order after it was accidentally placed not even 5 min after it was placed. I received an email from them 2 days later stating that they would only refund me the partial amount. When I did not agree to that because the dress wouldn't have even been pulled from the stock yet or shipped so it made no sense. Then I did not receive an answer from another day to which she responded a picture of the dress and said "can you keep the dress! It's beautiful" I responded yes i would like to cancel now more than ever because the dress she sent me(dress in mannequin) did not match the dress they had advertised on the website color wise. (I have attached photos below) Once again never received a response from anyone until I emailed again requesting an answer as to if the order was cancelled or not this was 2 days it took to get this response.
This company is an absolute SCAM! I ordered a dress and sent screenshots to my friends with excitement, only to find out one of them had ordered from Promlily in the past and the dress was not even CLOSE to the picture. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order, and it took multiple emails to get a response, and the responses I did get were not helpful. They told me my ordered was "cancelled" and that I would see a refund within 1-3 business days (because I paid with PayPal), and 5 days later I still saw no refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal and sent in screenshots of them claiming my order was cancelled WITHOUT ANY KIND OF REAL CONFIRMATION RECEIPT, and within 3 hours PayPal settled the dispute in my favor. An hour later I received and email for this BS company telling me this:
"The payment may be frozen by PayPal because you opened the dispute, please wait for more days. Or please close the dispute, then PayPal will release the money to you ASAP."
CLOSE THE DISPUTE?! This company is a J-O-K-E. Lesson learned— do your research, friends! If it's too cheap to be true, GOOGLE IT! Do not buy from these scammers!
