My grandson and his wife were happy with the bouquet, but I believe it should have been a little bigger and bigger. It really wasn't even arranged nicely. I will not be ordering from you again. The tree was a bit dry upon arrival with some of the needles falling off. After some watering it is doing fine and very cute when decorated.

The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the picture. They were a lot smaller. They were very sparse compared to the picture and nowhere near as pretty as the picture was shown.

I have relied on ProFlowers for many years, over 15 easily, because for the most part there have been no hiccups and on the very few times when the delivery or order was not as expected, ProFlowers has made it right. Beautiful flowers as well.

The fact that it requires a written survey just to confirm my order was received is annoying. Glower came on time and in good shape and note was hand written which had a nice touch.

I ordered the Deluxe Dreamscape bouquet with clearly light pink, lavenderish colored roses. It has a fall look and definitely a message different from red roses! It was sent to my friend, a woman with red roses! Not pleased. That is not an OK substitution by the florist.

Although the flowers arrived on schedule, they were in poor condition. They were not fresh and didn't improve when put in water. The petals were damaged in some cases and torn in others. Very disappointing.

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
