Seriously?
February 14, 2017

My husband took the time to find a nice arrangement he knew I would love, Irises, Lilies and a champagne bucket case with chocolates.
He paid extra for morning delivery ($14.99)
They can on time, around 10 am. I was suspicious when I lifted the box and it barely weighed anything. Half dead, half closed shut flowers and no vase. I didn't open the tiny box of chocolates yet. My husband has been on hold for 35 minutes waiting for someone to take the call that speaks English to give him a refund. Who knows how long he'll be but I couldn't wait another second to write this review! I hope on our way to lunch there's someone at the intersection selling flowers out of a bucket, I'm sure they will be much nicer!

Horrible
February 14, 2017

First time I have used ProFlowers and the last. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before a funeral. An hour before the funeral starts they call to say the flowers will not be delivered until 2 hours after the funeral. They refused to let me talk to the florist to maybe do some substitution or work something out to get an arrangement there on time so no flowers were delivered at all. They were the worst company to deal with and I don't suggest to anyone to use them.

I ordered the pink, red & white roses ($19.99 plus small box of candy)for my daughter for Valentine's day. The order arrived on the day I specified. The roses are fresh cut and beautiful She was very pleased! She can't wait until they start to open up and become full. The order came to a little over $43.00 with the delivery charge and are well worth the price. Roses are more beautiful than florist roses. Thanks for making me look good! I will order again.

DISAPPOINTED
February 14, 2017

I sent my Mom flowers on Valentine's Day because my Dad who recently passed had always done so. They came yesterday and were small with a $1 vase for me to arrange them in. They did not look fresh; there was no baby's breath or any filler.
Very disappointing -- I will never order from Pro Flowers again.

Cheap *ss company. No vase. No flower food. I can buy $5 from Aldi and get plant food. Flowers are pretty but seriously. You can't even include a little packet of food to keep them alive longer?

Horrible and not reliable
February 13, 2017

I ordered flowers from proflowers for a family wake two days before the wake. When I got to the wake the flowers were not there. I called them and they gave me some excuse from the florist. They would not tell me what florist was used. They did refund my full payment and gave me a 20% off any new purchase but I am very worried about using them again. They need to follow up on orders and let people know if there is a delivery issue. It was very embarrassing not to have the flowers there. I will not use them for any major affair again. Too

Wrong flowers delivered
February 13, 2017

I ordered two dozen long stem roses for Valentine's Day. A nice arrangement of mostly red and White carnations with four roses were delivered on the 13th. I called proflowers and all they can do is resend on the 15th. As our president would say Bad and Sad!

Sharis Berries order switched to Pro Flowers with added expenses without my knowledge. Called to cancel order immediately and they wouldn't. Called my cc to cancel and all they can do is dispute it and not cancel right away. What a freakin' rip off and scam for Sharis Berries and Pro Flowers.

Rip offs!
February 11, 2017

Twice I have ordered flowers and had to call because of pricing issues. They did not seem to know how to locate the order - with the item number correctly. I think they do that so you can not receive the advertised price. Also, I ordered flowers with candy and neither time the person received the candy. I am sick of them. Will use a local florist, the flowers looked old!

I ordered flowers for Valentines day. $29.99 by the time it was done with the other charges it was over double. But they did not tell you this til after they made the charges to you. I paid through PayPal and immediately cancelled the payment to paypal as I had not confirmed through Pro Flowers that I wanted the order. This is not an option at pro flowers at this point. They said my order went through. You lost any future business there may have been. My lady friend has raved about them but not me. BIG RIP OFF.

Yes, your company represents a business that is a real con-company. Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. Supreme con artists' is what for company stands for. Slobs and lowballs is what you are. Never again. I had ordered previously, but I learned my lesson. Flowers is just a way to show that you are scum. Are you proud. Your family should be proud of you. When did you get out of jail? You need to go back with your true loves.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers, 8 of them were supposed to be roses. Once delivered they were not what I ordered. Instead of 8 roses she got 2 roses, and some daisies to make up for missing roses. What the hell? So I spent $80 for a cheap flower arrangement that I could have gotten at a gas station. When I called customer service they said it get a $5 credit towards my next order... yea, no thanks. I will not waste my money with this half asset company ever again. Hopefully this will help someone else save their money and not be disappointed when they get the flowers.

Tried to order a "special" heard on the radio, a dozen red roses $24.99. Shipping $12,99. Handling $2.99. Delivery on valentines day $9.99. Over $50 for a $25 "Special". I sent them a message. Their response "Sorry you feel our shipping charges are too high". So helpful. Did I mention they didn't disclose shipping charges until AFTER the credit card info was put in? Not a business I choose to support.

Proflowers is constantly sending me spam emails even though I asked them to stop. I have hit the unsubscribe and sent a stop request through their comments section. I don't understand their business model if they think that sending the same person emails 2 or three times a day is going to anything but make people angry. I consider them a disreputable company and I think you should buy elsewhere.

Horrible
January 27, 2017

Sent flowers for an Aunts funeral I couldn't attended, paid an extra $20 to have it shipped overnight to make sure flowers were fresh. After getting a conformation they we're shipped, I then (a day AFTER the funeral) received 1 email saying the flowers were never sent. I've never been more disgusted with a company. I would never recommend proflowers again, & I will never use them again.

Very upset...
January 22, 2017

I order flowers for a family members funeral they never showed up I called them was on the phone over an hour never could get through. Called the next day they said they were delivered I told them no they wasn't so they said they we're calling the local florist to see what was going on. Came back on the line said no-one was answering so they left them a voice message and as soon sa they talked to them they would contact me. I'm still waiting on a call that I don't think I'm ever going get. I will never order flowers from them again so upset with them would not recommend them to anyone... Sherrie Conley wv.

Proflowers used to be a very convenient site to order nice gifts for friends & loved ones. That is no longer true. They have for some reason begun to deliver substandard products that don't resemble the items pictured, often late. I have had problems with 3 of my last 5 orders, either late, much cheaper arrangement than pictured or frozen/wilted flowers. They no longer deal with complaints in an appropriate manner either. I have been a good customer for quite a few years, but I am done with the aggravation. Do your research before dealing with them in future!

Horrible Customer service
December 23, 2016

My husband has been a ProFlowers customer for years until this year and he will never use them again. He accidentally used the credit card he saved online last year for his order. Then he received an order confirmation. Then 3 days later he got a message saying the card was not valid. I am not sure why they allowed him to complete the order and sent him a confirmation but this was only the beginning of our problems. When we tried to call to correct the card number and pay we were not able. After talking to one customer service agent (in China) and verifying the FIVE recipients of this order they would not allow me to go any further because I did not have the last four digits of the card used on the order because it got replaced with a chip card this year.

Upon requesting to speak with the supervisor it was obvious that the original agent only put me on hold and came back claiming to be the supervisor herself. Then we went through the list of the 5 recipients AGAIN and then we reached the same problem with the card verification so I asked for a supervisor again. Then I was transferred out of the phone system and hung up on. Fifteen minutes later!

1800flowers here we come.
