Terrible Customer service
February 20, 2017

Don't ever have to cancel or change in order. Took 12 days to cancel and return money to my credit card. Horrible!

I needed flowers for a funeral and wanted something the family could take home. I saw a bonsai tree with flowers and called and spoke to a rep and asked if I ordered this, can I be sure that is what they will get? She said they definitely would. After ordering I received an email saying they couldn't deliver that one and sent a substitute which was as close as possible, which turned out to be a pretty little begonia plant. Nothing wrong with it except I could have gone to the grocery store and found something as nice for $20 instead of spending $82. Next time I'm going to give the money to the family instead of the florist!

Don't use them
February 15, 2017

So for the first time in 25 years, my wife did not get flowers for Valentines day. I ordered 2 dozen roses guaranteed to be delivered on Valentines Day. At 5 pm, i was getting nervous so I called. They assured me that they were out for delivery and I would receive them by 6pm. So I didn't go to the local flower shop and by any last minute roses. Right at 6pm, i get an email, saying they are sorry but they were short on inventory and my flowers were not shipped. They would have know that the day before, and I would have time to made other arrangements. Instead they lie to me and tell me they are out for delivery. Very poor company!

This is the 1st time I have ordered Flowers from you for delivery on Feb 16th. I have called your customer service & agents do not even understand English & kept on repeating same answers without understanding my request. My order# ************** is late & it will not get delivered on time. Pls advise.
It's a shame how bad after sales service ProFlowers has. I am really upset how the order is handled. Shame on you for not doing the job.

Brown flowers delivered
February 15, 2017

I received a gift of flowers for Valentine's Day which were delivered the day after. They were left at my back door, outside. Unfortunately, it is about 30 degrees and snowing. The flowers are brown on the edges and drooping. I called to complain and had a very difficult time understanding customer service person. I was told they would send replacement flowers to me and a confirmation email to the gift sender, which of course I did not want my gift sender to receive. I have also ordered from proflowers in the past and ended up cancelling order after exorbitant hidden fees were added to my total cost. Avoid this company!

Missing Flowers
February 15, 2017

I have never had a problem with ProFlowers or with credit card charges or delivery after over 10 years for service. But when I made an order two weeks in advance of February 14,2017, they NEVER arrived. I was highly embarrassed to find out from my wife that they never appeared. Other people in her office received gifts of appreciation EXCEPT my wife. I will not be using Proflowers in the future for any of family and friends during birthdays, Valentines, or holidays.

I called today and asked for a supervisor. Got a person who could BARELY speak English. Said she could help me. Refused to contact a supervisor. Went over the same information with serious difficulty in understanding her. They made no effort to save the situation -- like maybe delivering the flowers TODAY. Their services have deteriorated. I won't be using your company again. And I'll also be telling everyone I know not to use this service. It's bad enough that you have to hope you get what you ordered but it's worse to have to asked to be billed a SECOND time for services not received by the company the first time.

If looks could kill...
February 15, 2017

Unfortunately, my husband was robbed this past Valentine's Day... by ProFlowers. Fees, on top of more fees, on top of more fees that do not in the slightest hold comparable merit to the shotty product of delivery.

The quality of the flowers that were delivered a day late, after paying for the "Valentine's Day" delivery fee (did I mention the fees?) were extremely laughable. I would be embarrassed to work for this company. The lilies were dead and droopy, and the green chrysanthemums had brown tips.

The pictures advertising their products are completely deceiving. He purchased "14-stem bouquet" (and I did count, there were 14 stems-half of which were some form of "greenery filler"). Although, I did get a massive vase that engulfs the floral monstrosity, and dwarfs the lack of aesthetics by showcasing the water in the glass. Crystal clear, exactly how I like my water to look... oh wait. Are there flowers in there, too? It's a floral arrangement? Oh... sorry...

However, after tracking his package and noticing that it was still in Illinois (we're in Texas) he called customer service. The customer service representative was more than happy to refund his money, and I got to share the travesty of all floral arrangements with my students, the day after Valentine's day.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine's Day which was yesterday & they never showed up. I have been on phone with Pro Flowers for almost an hour today trying to get them redelivered today February 15th & no one there was helpful & said they will be delivered some day but not sure when.

Valentine's Day is FEBRUARY 14 not February whenever. Not a reputable company & never order from them

My young daughters picked out this pretty pink arrangement for their aunt for Valentine's Day. But when we got pictures of what she actually received... SO realized we'd been scammed... FALSE ADVERTISING! My sister told me today the petals are falling off the flowers, she got them yesterday. NEVER USE PROFLOWERS!

1 arrangement made it to the first address which should have received 2 arrangements for my mom and my aunt. The other was received at 8:05 PM. Customer service was cold about it and acted is if they were reading from a script. The flowers came in a box and take 2 to 3 days to bloom like the picture. So if you want nice flowers when they get there do not use them. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WANTING TO MAKE AN IMPRESSION.

I ordered flowers 2 days ago for my daughter and paid extra for guaranteed delivery today (Valentine's day). Although I understood it was "grower's choice", there is some expectation that the product will bear some semblance of what you have paid for. There were no roses, and none of the types of flowers shown. Instead, she received 6 DEAD tulips. Obviously, the company knew this was going to be their state because they included a note saying that these would perk up in water. They couldn't even be propped up in the vase! This was the most disgusting ripp-off I have ever encountered, and truly reprehensible to scam customers with a
Putrid product on a special occasion. I will NEVER do business with them again, and neither should anybody else. I paid nearly $50 for 6 dead tulips.

Not even worth a star
February 14, 2017

How in the f&+k is this place allowed to steal so much money from the consumer. Wife's anniversary and Valentine's day gift for my mom I would have been better off sending Dandelions. I will try my hardest to get this BS shut down.

My boyfriend sent me roses for Valentine's Day to be delivered at work. He paid extra to have them delivered before noon.

4pm rolls around and they finally show up. IN AN UGLY BRIGHT GREEN UPS BOX. It was a pain to unwrap and then have to assemble the flowers myself and they were so misrepresentative of the picture online. I was legitimately so embrassed to receive these flowers and almost wanted to cry because who wants flowers in a box that you have to assemble yourself? I thought my boyfriend didn't care. Even though I texted him a picture of the assembled pictures thanking him (and did not let on to my disappointment), he apologized over and over for how horrible the flowers were. He sent me the picture of what he thought he got me, they were not what they looked like online. It was almost a good thing they showed up so late in the day so I didn't have to look at them all day long and feel disappointed.

I will never use ProFlowers. Please save yourself the pain and avoid them. Use a local florist instead.

Sent dying flowers in a plastic pot without vase. When I called in, the phone disconnected 2 times after 20-30 minute waits per phone call. Customer service was incredibly rude and stated that they would replace the order but it would arrive in 3 weeks! This was a Valentines Day order! Offered no other compensation. Disgusting corporation with disgusting service. NEVER ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS!

Terrible online retailer
February 14, 2017

Ordered $100 worth of flowers last week for delivery today at V-Day. They were never shipped. When I called customer service, the dude barely spoke English. All he was willing to do is give me my money back in 5-7 days! So the next call is to my credit card company and report it as fraud. Keep in mind this company is associated with ProPlants, Personal Creations, Gifts.com and Shari's Berries. DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE SITES. They should spend some money on customer services instead of endless commercials on radio and TV.
