We recently ordered an expensive flower arrangement from ProFlowers. It arrived on time, but the flowers look old and dried out. The arrangement is a far cry from the website photo. We will not order from ProFlowers again.

Pretty much the same as the other reviews. However, they did arrive on time, but the tulips were damaged. Nothing like advertised, even when the irises bloomed. They won't last a week.

DON'T BUY
May 13, 2017

I received a dozen roses and a vase. The vase was huge and the roses were not. By the time I snipped the stems they were only about 4 inches taller than the vase. No babies breath or greenery to complement the roses. They were delivered to door in a box and the delivery they used did not bother to let us know a package was delivered. I just happened to go out and found them. I will not use this company. When I called the person told me they were in the Philippines.

Really funny. They delivered the chocolates I sent but not my flowers. Same address, same date on both.
They refunded my money on the flowers and only offered to send my Mom flowers two days after Mother day, like that matters.
Called a local florist around my Mom's house, gave me a better deal and wanted the business.
Never use them again.

Not even close to what was advertised... oh, I recognize the vase. To add insult to injury, they forgot to add my card. My mom's caregiver sent me a text that my mother received flowers from someone in San Diego. I had to call and explain they were from me, but in her dementia, she repeated they were from someone in San Diego...

For mother's day I ordered some flowers for my wife. Price good at $19.00 and I was okay with $14.99 Sunday delivery. Screen prior to final checkout and payment said cost was $19.00. So I was expecting to pay $33.99. After selecting submit next screen shows order total $52.55!

They tacked on $12.99 Standard Delivery and $2.99 Care & Handling.

Breakdown:
Flowers $19.99
Standard Delivery $12.99
Sunday Delivery $14.99
Care & Handling $ 2.99
Taxes $1.59
----------------------------------
$52.55

Stay away from this company. They added charges without my approval. They are a ripoff.

Fraud
May 9, 2017

Order online my invoice said one price and what was taking out my account was different. Spoke with someone that don't speak good English ask for my money back and they said 5-7 business days it didn't take that long to take my money. So I have my bank investigating the matter because it is fraud and I have the confirmation total and what was taking

Misleading
May 5, 2017

We ordered flowers for Mother's Day. When we got to checkout we didn't get anyplace to review or check the order. So when we placed the order it was double with all the charges they added on. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. THIS COMPANY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU.

I ordered very specific flowers for my mom for her birthday, paid extra for them to be delivered before 12pm and got a text saying they were delivered. FEDEX NEVER DELIVERED THEM! No one saw a delivery at her company, but proflowers confirmed they were there. After I told them she never got them, they told me they could resend them, a week after her birthday. SO PISSED. Never again will I use this service.

How can you leave fresh flowers and chocolates on the door stoop in the middle of the afternoon with summer sun? I provided all the receiver contact information, yet it is ignored. Your service is horrible, I'll never use it again.

Horrible! Stay away!
March 14, 2017

The flowers were not delivered, even after I called to speak with a supervisor bc I was "guaranteed" morning delivery, yet at 12pm they had not arrived, so he called UPS and they said they could deliver the flowers by the end of the day. That didn't happen either. I was issued a refund, luckily I will only be out the $100 for 28 days as that's how long it takes for the refund process. I will never use this company again and would recommend contacting a local florist who will do it right. Less than one star as the only thing they did successfully was take my money.

I ordered flowers that looked nothing like what I ordered and looked like someone had stopped at the grocery story and threw them in a vase. I complained but got no response.

TERRIBLE!

I ordered sympathy Flowers for my Fathers Funeral, they arrived soak and wet, the funeral director almost threw them out, they ended up in a corner with a bucket and blanket under them. Customer service offered a fresh bouquet, really! My fathers wake is over I don't want a fresh bouquet, then they said they would call me on the next day, the day we are burying him to talk about the flowers. REALLY! Do not order from them they use bad florists and don't care.

Whatever you do, don't place an order with these guys...

This past Monday (2/27) I placed an order with ProFlowers for delivery on Wednesday (3/1). The occasion was a birthday, so the delivery date is important. When Wednesday came around, I called late in the afternoon because they were not yet delivered. The person I spoke to on the phone said a florist had not yet been identified for the order. One would think 3 days to find a florist would be enough? I should have cancelled the order then. But, in light of a late delivery, they promised to send a larger bouquet at no additional cost. I decided to let them deliver.

Of course on Thursday at noon they were still not received. When I called again, the person I spoke to said they were out on delivery. Three hours later they were yet to be delivered. When I called a third time, they said the florist had the wrong delivery address. I asked what address they had, and she couldn't tell me. I asked why me or the recipient was not called to get the correct address,. No answer was given. I asked for the name of the florist and they couldn't give it. When I told them I would cancel the order if she did not provide the florist name, she said they still couldn't give that information. So I cancelled the order. Shortly afterward I received an e-mail of the cancellation. Later in the evening, I received another e-mail claiming the flowers were delivered. Except they weren't.

These guys suck... They can't be trusted.

ProFlowers SUCKS!
February 28, 2017

Did not deliver on Valentine's Day despite the surprise "guaranteed delivery" charge of $10.00. Canceled order, and flowers showed up a week later, ROTTEN AND STINKY. Charged twice!

Misleading advertising, say free shipping and then charge $ 14.99 plus 9.99 per delivery on Saturday.
Show the fees after one makes the payment.
I will contact the business bureau!

Valentine's Day order was not delivered. Email from someone other than ProFlowers at 5 pm saying out of inventory. No call, no substitutions. When I called customer service (I didn't notice the email since it wasn't from ProFlowers) at 8 pm, they said flowers were coming next day according to their notes. I waited to call until 8 pm since although I paid extra for Valentine's Day delivery, I didn't pay additional for delivery prior to 8 pm. When flowers didn't arrive, it was obviously too late for me to run out and redeem myself with my wife!

Customer service person said the flowers would come the next day (to which I tried to explain that since it was Valentine's Day, the next day didn't really cut it). They said I'd get a $30 credit on my next order (as if I wanted to order again). I asked to speak to someone else since there was clearly a communication gap. Was told no one was available and just kept repeating things like it was no big deal (think about it, it was Valentine's Day). I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told they were all busy.

By the way, no flowers showed up the next day as promised.

This was the worst service ever on many levels - Worst service on phone. Worst service via email (not using their name on email, not sending the email until 5 pm, etc.). Worst customer service in general ever by not offering a substitute. Actually, should have just automatically delivered a substitute for free (again, it's Valentine's Day and this was going to be "the gift").
