Used to be great
September 4, 2017

Proflowers used to be a great place to order flowers, they looked great and lasted a really long time. Over times however, they have really lacked in quality. The last few times I have ordered flowers they did not look good and lasted a couple days. Think they have become too big and cant handle it.

I had ordered a personalized teddy bear and a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on August 24th (Mom's b-day). They notified me that the personalized gift MAY arrive early. I had an issue with the processing of my payment, my card had insufficient funds (not the problem with this review) so my order had not yet been charged to my card, yet I received an e-mail the day before saying my teddy bear got picked up for delivery and would be delivered on August 18th! When I had called to give the rep. My card info to process the payment, I asked to have the bear delivered on August 24th, NOT the 18th. She told me sure! Since my card had not yet been processed she would put a note to have the bear delivered on the 24th. Today the bear got delivered! I was ASSURED that it would arrive on the 24th, I'm really in tears because it ruined my mom's 50th birthday surprise! I wouldn't have cared so much but the bear says "Happy Birthday!" on it and it is not her birthday! Tell me what the point is of picking a date for the gift if it doesn't come on that day?! So so upset, I would not use this company again, and so expensive too! Waste of money!

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in your company. I am bombarded with you ads on TV and the web for buying flowers from your company. So with all that advertisement I make a decision to use you fro a very special occasion and what happens... you fail miserably! I attempted t send a nice arrangement to my daughter who had was completing her first internship and paid additional money to have it arrive early on her last day as a surprise.

By 3pm I call my daughter knowing she has left her job and a bit surprised I had not received a call about the flowers. I fumble on the call asking how her day went and finally ask about the flowers... she proceeds to say what flowers? How embarrassing that I had to explain what I attempted to do and how sorry I was it didnt occur.

I call your customer service and what a joke and had to get mad to get the order cancelled. They are give us another address for some other time... no remorse for the event.

I will never use your company again and I will post this disaster all over the web for people to know the poor service you provide.

Add my review to the majority of the other unsatisfied customers. Wish I had read these first. Ordered flowers for my son & daughter in law on the birth of their daughter. Paid extra for a deluxe arrangement. When they sent me a picture of what I sent I was embarrassed. Emailed Proflowers to show them what the florists they are contracting are sending out. All I received was an auto reply. The planter matches the website photo but the arrangement could have been put together by a 2 year old. Never again!

Horrible
July 12, 2017

I picked my flowers based on the picture on the site, the real flowers looked horrible. The flowers looked nothing like he picture. I sent the flowers to say thank you and I ended up having to say how sorry I was. I will never use Proflowers again!

I ordered some flowers for my mom for mother's day. A Hugh disappointment on their part. Nothing like the picture on the website. I come home and expected a Hugh arrangement of beautiful flowers. Did not happen. The flowers were already wilting, turning brown. I connected the company and the offered a refund or send a other arrangement. So I decided to give them a other chance. I picked out a different flower arrangement under $29 dollars as the request I do. It was pretty much the same issue. A little better but not much. At least those ones wasn't wilting. The poor flowers didn't even have a spronge of water to drink from and they were warm, they have been in the UPS truck for two days. Like the picture though. I should have just asked for a total refund. Never getting my business ever again.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter's birthday. The flowers that were delivered do not look like the flowers that I ordered. I had hoped they would send a replacement gift that resembled what I had ordered, but instead they issued a refund.

I'm shocked by all the negative reviews! I have had nothing but great experiences with the company. Their flowers are beautiful, and last much longer than those I've ordered from any other florists. On the one occasion that flowers (ordered by my brother for our mom) were sub-par, ProFlowers immediately sent another bouquet - that lasted for almost two weeks. Absolutely plan to continue using!

My daughter-in-law sent me roses for Mother's Day. I have received flowers before from Plo flowers and they were beautiful. These were dead within two days. I followed the directions included in the package. Intern I sent her some flowers from PRo Flowers for 2999 and was charged $80 on my credit card. I spoke with the sales person and she relayed to me a person would call me back within one hour
Never received a call. Still pending

I can't even describe how disappointed I am and I will never order from proflowers again. What they send and what shows on the website are nothing alike. You will not get what you ordered. It will be so poor quality and missing flowers. Stay away! Don't order from them. Customer service is non existent.

Ordered flower and they were in constant contact updating us on delivery. I have to say I had very bad experience with other companies, I was so happy to find a good online company.

Disappointed
May 22, 2017

I ordered a basket of flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day. It cost $75.00 for this and the basket looked nothing like what I had ordered. I ordered a basket with bright colorful flowers with the butterflies on top and got a smaller basket with completely different type of flowers. I wrote them and they said they were going to have the florist call me. They never did... They keep saying they have the right to change any orders or sub it for something of equal or greater value but that didnt happen! Then sent an email and said they would give me ten dollars off. What a joke! I was embarrassed when I got the picture with the flowers she got. Also had to call because I had it for a Saturday delivery. Never was delivered until I called them to ask them why.the next day.

I ordered flowers for a friend's anniversary and while the flowers did arrive as promised, my friend sent me a picture of the arrangement and I was very disappointed that the flowers delivered had no resemblance to the arrangement that I had originally ordered. Added to that was the customer rep I spoke to. She absolutely had NO people skills. There was a bad connection so it was difficult to hear her, when I asked her to repeat herself she seemed quite perturbed which was reflected in her voice. When I tried to explain the problem of the arrangement, rather than listen she interrupted and proceeded to argue with me. When I voiced my displeasure she then offered me a refund. I did appreciate that Proflowers was quick to amend the problem but you should not have employees that cast a negative impression of your company. I will not use Proflowers nor recommend them in the future.

I ordered 2 orders for Mother's Day - one Oder of roselilies for my wife and they are still absolutely gorgeous! Thank you! The other order was 2 dozen roses for my daughter who is now a mother herself, and they arrived moldey and died 3-4 days later and never opened past the bud stage- I was greatly disappointed for the first time by Proflowers- will question whether to order again in the future- especially roses. Sorry to say.

Terrible
May 15, 2017

If i could leave no stars i would. Absolute WORST company to order flowers from. I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered on Mother's Day, pay extra to make sure she gets them and it's 8:30pm, Monday after Mother's Day and still no flowers... called the company yesterday said that shipping states they will be delivered at 10:30 AM today and to my surprise *insert sarcasm* they're still not there. Called and asked for the tracking number and the flowers are STILL IN NEW JERSEY. I LIVE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE absolutely disgusted.

Like many of the other complaints on here, I was very disappointed in the flower arrangement I purchased for my mother-in-law for mother's day. I ordered through pro flowers because I received a discount of 20% from another website. The item I picked was a beautiful arrangement of multiple colored flowers and roses. I had the flowers delivered to my home because my mother-in-law is currently in the hospital and we were going to visit her on Mother's Day. I spent $80 on this arrangement, even with the 20% discount because their delivery fee is insane. The flowers arrived in a box and I had to assemble the arrangement. The flowers only filled half of the vase and looked rather sparse. They flowers were also not in the greatest shape due to being held tightly together in the process of shipping. My husband ended up seeing flower arrangements at Walgreens he said looked nicer than these flowers and it was a 1/3 of the price. What a flower fail!

Pitiful
May 15, 2017

My husband ordered two dozen roses for mothers day. I received a pitiful arrangement of splash painted flowers. Fortunately he happpened to ask how I liked the roses I asked what roses. He called proflowers who stated they are out of roses. Shame on them sending a sub par arrangement. They are sending a new arrangement but that does not make up for this. We will not order from proflowers again

What a shady and complete joke of a business and company. I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day and it was as if I never even placed the order or the supposed florist they worked with was non-existent. I called customer service twice and they said to wait until 8pm for delivery. Waited until past 8 with no flower delivery of course. I knew the company was sketchy and shady when immediately after my first phone call with them, I received a 'delivery complete' e-mail. There was no signs of flowers at my front door whatsoever. Called the second time to ask why they sent the 'completed delivery' e-mail when in fact there was clearly no delivery made. They said sometimes the florist will send the completed delivery confirmation early. WHAT A BUNCH OF LUDICROUS. Learned my lesson and will never ever order from or rely on the services of this site. Complete crap of a company. Extremely shady business as well.

On their website the flowers are full and beautiful. What you get skimpy and droopy. I will not buy from proflowers again
