I ordered pair of Excel Dryers. Looked up online and called customer service number. Was connected to rep Laura within couple minutes. I say, best part of the transaction was customer service. Very attentive, professional and worked with me to find the right solution for my needs. She cared for me as a customer.

ProDryers does a great job being transparent because it's easy to track the status of your order. Also, Marianne is an effective communicator because I always get a response in a timely manner. Overall a good vendor!

I was looking for some help on Hand dryers and Marianne Davis was extremely helpful! Not only did she give me the best deal available she also had them shipped out in 2 days! This reveiw is dedicated entirely to an individual employee (Laura Schnob | Sales / Customer Support) who responded to an issue I was having with a shipment. In the end the news I received didn't go in my favor but she was always responsive in keeping me up-to-date with where we stood in the process and helped me through finding a resolution I could deal with. Wish there were more individuals like this in the industry. Great Job Laura. Someone give this woman a raise or at least some type of gratuity. She's one you'd want to keep.

I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism that Marianne Davis gave to me a couple of weeks ago when we spoke on the phone. She knows her products and definitely cares about the person on the other end. I will call her when I am ready to place the order. She explained the difference between all of the grab bars and dispenser you sell.

I was in need of a commercial service sink to fit in a very small area in my new home. She was able to find one that met my requirements and within days it was delivered to me.

I recently purchased some flanges from ProDryers for renovation work I am doing in my home. When they arrived I was disappointed to see that they didn't fit... but they should have based on the description of the part. I called customer service and spoke with Laura Schnob. She was incredibly polite and helpful and did the work necessary to determine that the wrong item was put into the package I received that was labeled with the part number that I knew should fit based on the description. Laura was also very responsive via phone and email letting me know that the correct parts would be shipped at no additional charge & when I could expect them. She also followed up to confirm receipt. Even though the mis-packaging was done by the manufacturer, Laura made a bad situation very tolerable and ultimately successful in that I got the parts I needed and they fit.
