This is my first time buying from this company. After I ordered my soccer boots, I began reading the reviews. And I became very concerned with my purchase because of the horrible reviews. I payed for 2-3 day FedEx express shipping and my boots came in exactly 2 days. And the boots are perfect! I am extremely happy and satisfied with this company. Very fast shipping!
We ordered cleats, size 9 in Women's. They sent us a size 9.5 mens, then refused the return due to the mailing label on the box. Said they were worn which is impossible as they dont even fit! They're men's cleats. They kept our money. Will not use again. Be cautious

I have bought several pairs of boots from Pro Direct in the last few years. I am losing faith with them now. 2 pairs I purchased ripped at the front after being worn once and twice. They did refund me the pair I returned which was good service. I am in process of returning the 2nd pair. One pair were Nike and the other were DiaDora. Ripping after being worn once is just so unacceptable. Your firm need to look at the suppliers providing boots like that.
I made a simple order on 2 October with premium service and payment for delivery by 6 October. That day came and went with no news. After a lot of unhelpful back and forth by email (no phones), they finally conceded on 25 October that not only did they not have the item in stock, but that there was no prospect of securing it from their supplier. It will now take 3-5 days to get a refund. (We'll see). A thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. Would never use again and regret not reading other reviews in advance. Would give no stars if that was an option.

Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately you have to give 1 star to write a review but they dont deserve a single star. Ordered a birthday present for my son on 21/2/24.7/3/24 I email customer services about my order as I hadn't received it or any tracking information. 8/3/24 I receive an email "sorry you are returning your order..." however i never received anything about it being delivered. I went to the collection point, quizzed them and on further investigation my delivery NEVER arrived even though tracking showed delivery on 6/3/24. I contacted Prodirect the same day via chat with Casey (which i have the transcript of) and was told "Your order was missing your name upon dispatch so it was returned by the courier...provide your name and we'll redeliver as prority but the process will take 7 days...". This missing address issue was reinforced by David from the customer returns department though he covered up the school error of not putting my name on by stating "there was a delivery address discrepency". 17/3/24 still and again no communication so I make contact again and request a phone call. Over the next 2 days it was passed on to Rhys in the esculations department where I was told to provide a delivery address (scroll back up to the chat) which I did only to be told it had to be an Evri collection point. Isn't that on the order from 21/2/24? Was this order ever dispatched ProDirect? In the same time frame was offered a 10% off voucher which covered the cost of personalisation and delivery. They must have thought it was april fools with that offer as it was as funny as a fart in a lift. The last email was on the 18/3/24 now a week ago from Rhys telling me this will be passed onto the transit team and that neither him or customer services will be assisting any further and they'll be in touch in 2-3 days. They've never heard of Craig David because he got through a whole relationship in 7 days while these bone idle cowboys cant even get round to an email. Over £150 out of product and my son without a birthday present. Trading standards and anyother bodies is my next point of call #StayAway

The costumer service is based on the UK and have an outdated business model and bad costumer service. I paid for shipping to get my Jersey on time to watch my game and 3 days latter I was still dealing with customer service about crazy requirements. I don't need the product anymore and they still haven't refund my money. Plus once the order is placed there is no way to cancel it online and there is no valid phone number to call.

Ordered some OC trainers, they turned up but didn't fit. Returned them that day, as you would. 12 days later I get the box back, with a pair of cheap swim/beach shoes (£5 max and the kind you find in beach towns) in the same box I sent them in….
Emailed to say, what is this, why have you sent me these?!
Email back from customer service is appalling and says they're returning what I sent to them and that they don't sell these type of shoes.
My reply was along the lines of are you joking!?! And that I returned what was sent due to poor fit. And the fact they're based in Devon and such swim shoes are sold there.
I've contacted my card provider who will get my money back despite the b/s from this business.
But as a person who has 300+ orders on Amazon alone per year, I've never seen this before.
Then you start to do some searches on the internet and wow just so many poor reviews, titled scammers for so many reasons… My card provider couldn't believe the amount!
Do not trade with this provider people, there isn't smoke without fire and regardless of quick same same responses on here (which isn't a reflection of customer service at all) they are as shady a business as there is. A bunch of cowboys/girls, who clearly look to take advantage of people who actually earn their livings honestly. They also remove either their surnames or respond with e.g. Neil P - again just another red flag!
And this review won't be altered without a full admission of a problem on their end.

DONOT use them, I have order 2 cricket shoes, their delivery was delayed and whenever I asked them about my product, they never helped me. They sent me the same email again and again. It take ages to get that courier. Now when shoes arrived to my place, custom asked for NZ$200. They should have mentioned somewhere on their site that people need to pay custom. This kind company should be closed or banned from the market.

Try buy your boots direct from the suppliers, the after service is non existent at Pro Direct. They sent me my boots directly from Adidas and as they didn't fit I asked for a returns slip (None in the Box), and because technically they didn't send them you have to try and send them back to Adidas and not where you bought them from. Pro Direct are simply drop shipping items from suppliers. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered my son a pair of boots from there website and paid £14 to sign up for express delivery i got a email stating that its will be here next day. 5 days later the boots still haven't arrived.you cant speak to know one so i had to do the live chat box in the bottom corner of the screen for the lady to say that the boots have been dispatched straight from Nike therefore they use their own delivery service so they cant help.

Mailed my order to the wrong address despite me updating the website prior to my order with the new address. Then claimed it was my fault.
Serious data protection issues here, refuse to give a refund. Gave me cut and paste responses to two emails. Customer support on live chat ignored my messages after asking what the issue was then closed the chat. Can't wait for them to be shutdown, filing complaint with trading standards and ICO for their appalling conduct.

Purchased adidas predator edge plus in August £160 these have now started to come away at the seems. I was happy to sent these back but they were unable to tell me how long the issue would take to sort leaving my son with no boots.

Awful customer service. Ordered a full kit for my under 9's football team. They sent me the shorts and socks but no shirts, waited 2 months for them and was told the remainder of my order had been cancelled, tried to send the shorts and socks back as they are no use to me but was advised with it being after 28 days I now can't return them. Tried emailing and chatting on live chat but getting passed from pillar to post, no way of getting hold of them by phone. An unbelievable shocking experience.
I would not recommend taking a chance with your hard earned money and purchasing from this company. Sent back 2 minute worn cleats that were 230.00. Ordered the same size that fit before but these didn't fit the same. Amy will tell you that they were too worn to refund then the game starts.

I placed my first order and never got the product. They kept me waiting for it. They even lured me to get their lifetime membership for nothing. Never going to order from them again. It was a very disappointing, bad experience.

Wish I'd have just waited for soccer.com to ship my delayed shoes. Instead I found them on prodirectsoccer.com and ordered them on a Friday. Monday morning soccer.com emailed me saying my shoes were being shipped. I promptly emailed prodirectsoccer asking to cancel. I called them several times that day, only hearing a message stating no one could answer. I emailed again later in the day and then received a reply that the shoes had already shipped. I asked for a return label and they said I needed to package and pay for shipping myself per their policy. I told them thanks for replying and that I'd go back to buying from their competition.
Still waiting for refund on order they couldn't fulfil from January 2022. Promised refund within 5 days on March 14th. No replies from customer service since bring their attention to the lack of refund. Atrocious customer service. Strongly advise you to purchase elsewhere. They claim things are in stock and take your money but then let you know it's not in stock! Order no *******

Sent back faulty boots in sept for an exchange. Contact customer services and speak to a different rep each time. They consistently ask for proof of postage which I send then I dont hear again. Disgusting customer service. I will file a small claims court case if I dont get exchange or refund
