On 5/28/2021and 5/30/2021 I bought two sports memorabilia. It is now June 14th and I can't get anybody to respond to update delivery after 3 emails over the past 2 weeks. They do the old we'll look into it trick yet never look into it. I mean how hard can it be to see delivery status. I bought something after these two purchases and received item. So only logical thing I can think of is I got a great deal and they don't want to sell it to me. What other excuse can there be but these first 3 purchases was the first time I used their site. No phone number to call just email from customer service and you're lucky if they even reply. Be cautious of this auction site. Their customer service stinks and you're at their mercy if they even decide when to update you.
This is definitely a stellar company that has all kinds of different memorabilia. I have purchased a lot of different sporting memorabilia from them. Autographed jerseys, autographed helmets, autographed baseballs, autographed baseball bats and of course some great graded cards. All of the autographed stuff has authentication from JSA or Beckett. Graded cards are done by well known grading companies. The customer service is awesome and shipping is fast. If you have any questions or issues touch base with them and they normally will get back to you on the same day. Definitely a legit company that is 5 Star Company in my book!
I have always looked for a great place to buy authentic sports memorabilia at a price that is affordable. This auction allows me to get great deals on items that are hard to find or too expensive at retail stores. All the items I have received from the auctions are exactly how they appear in the photos. This site is Great!
Do not get fooled by all the language that you will get something good in any of their mystery auctions. It is all a fraud and to get money for nothing in return. I have had it happen twice and so has everyone else I have contacted about it, that is why I am writing this message. Mystery helmet, mystery cards, mystery balls. Its all a bunch of garbage and a complete fraud to get money and LIE about what you are going to get. Stay far away from any of it.
I won two boxes 2022 icon authentic spxi mystery box series 15 with a bunch of crap cards. I spent in the high 40's on both with probably 10 dollars in return. Looks to me like an easy way to dump a bunch of crap cards and make money on there end. I'll never buy again.
Won more auctions than I meant to, but I knew what I was getting into. The jerseys were interesting, no branding whatsoever, but the quality was good, no stitching mistakes or anything. At this point, I'm not sure if its the coolest thing ever or the worst.
I tested it they pretend the reserve is a bid even when it says no reserve i reported it to the better business buro because its called shill bidding or secret bidding which is beyond illegal and hopefully with my 9 page report they will pay fines and have to change it
I ordered a mystery box nfl jersey and it took about a month to come and I got a jersey that didn't have a team logo on it and it states that it would be autographed and you guessed it no autograph water of 70 bucks. I would give it 0 stars if I could!
Pristine Auctions is a great site. But they certainly dropped the ball this past week. Knowing this site was crashing from overload on the first day of the free credit. And never addressed the problem all week :(
You guys are the best, no complaint, packaging is perfect and on time. Like i said the best in the business... i m from Canada and we should have a site here somewhere so the delivery and custom would cost less.

I won several auctions work a few thousand dollars. When I went to check out they were charging me almost 3 times the shipping price. 6 days now and they won't answer the customer service request to fix this but keep sending me "pay now" emails. Yesterday they stopped me allowing to bid on items unless I paid (the fees that were wrong), and now today they cancelled the first of my items and saying I will be charged 30% fee (FOR THEIR ERROR). If you are going to play with the big boys you have to actually have customer service. They used to be great but it is clear that as Pristine grew, Customer Service was gone.
Everything was amazing from the auction to the delivery when we got it the certificate of authenticity was there and the jersey was in perfect condition with the signature on it everything about the experience was perfect and when we get the chance we will shop there again!
I have to set financial boundaries for myself because there are so many cool things to bid on! Have won about 12 or so auctions so far and have been satisfied with every item won and the process is pretty simple to pay!

Best memorabilia auction site around. I have won many auctions over the last 6 months and have been nothing but pleased with the cost, quality and customer service. Shipping is prompt and accurate. This is the only online auction site I am a member of.
It's been nine days since I paid for my package and the third party vendor hasn't even shipped it out yet. No communication until I wrote them and now two employees are reaching out to the shipping manager to see why the package hasn't shipped yet.
When I pay a huge amount for a package, I expected to be delivered quickly.
This business is BAD news! I bought a "Custom Rams NFL Jersey" only to find out, after receiving it that it was a cheap Philippine knockoff with no markings or tags from either the team or the NFL. When this unethical establishment refused to give me a refund, I threatened legal action. Only then, did the owner * finally take the time to get back to me. He admitted that pristine auction sews signed numbers on cheap jerseys and that it is an "industry wide practice". I did some further research and was told by trusted sources in the autograph business that this practice is in fact not standard or ethical or acceptable. * tried to entice me with free stuff not to write a bad review. However, I think I owe it to everyone who would naively put their trust in this company and who has not been taken by the fraud of this so called company to beware!
