After pristine contacted me that my photo was at the framers, they kept me up to date on where it was until it was finally delivered. The person receiving the photo said it was a beautiful photo and the framing was excellent. It arrived undamaged and for my troubles they gave me a 15 dollar credit. I would use them again.
These people are a joke. They post pictures of one item then send you another. Then when you file a claim, they claim that the photo was a mistake. And the guys who run this thing are morons, they don't know jack about sports.
They sold me a "mystery box" of sports cards that were supposed to be "free of mostly commons" but it was the opposite! It's not a mystery box if
* all the packs are opened and only commons are in there
* the 1992 Gulf Coast Yankees Team Set has all the cards, commons, EXCEPT the only one of value - Derek Jeter
* The only card with a star's (Wayne Gretzky) signature was taken off as it was a sticker.
* There were 90% commons with any signature being a nobody.
The response I got was - "we hired a reputable company to provide the cards." Great - how do you determine "reputable?" Is there any quality control? Do you blindly believe them? YOU decided to choose them. If they don't do their job it's your responsibility to choose someone else.
I spent over $3,000 in memorabilia in a couple months with Pristine Auction but will never use them again. Once I needed support from their customer service it was horrible.
These guys are the real deal. No issues and customer service is top notch. I have purchased sports memo, celebrity autographs, basketballs, baseballs, funko pops, etc. I will continue to bid with these guys.
Did my first auction won it I am hooked I go on every day three or four times to look for items I My bid on. I received my silver 15 minuets ago I am very happy, hope I win more auctions. I am not a rich man but this is a great way to find great deals Thanks
This is a great place to buy your hard to find memorabilia for a great price! They do auctions every day so if you check you daily you will find what you are looking for. Also the prices are very fair and everything is 100% authentic!
They're very trusting. Everything they have is worth it and great great quality. I've order many things from the website and I've ran into errors but they fixed them right away! Couldn't be happier and more satisfied!
I have been awarded several auctions. Must say! I was extremely pleased with the jerseys that I won. I've try to do other auction sites and by far the items that I got from Pristine Auctions were exactly what I bid on. I have bid on other items on other sites and what you when you get the items your disappointed by what you receive. So far I'm pleased with this site and would recommend to anyone who collects memorabilia.
I have won many auctions from Pristine Auction. They are fast, secure, and I have never had a problem receiving my item(s), or had a problem with said item(s) when they arrived. The items are always as described/pictured. What you see is what you get - no B. S.
I purchased a " jsa autographed pete rose jersey" but when I went to verify my purchase on jsa it doesn't pop and of course there is nobody to talk to at pristine so screw this site they are not legit at all I would have given it 0 stars if it would have let me when I emailed about the said item they said since it has a hologram it's guaranteed authentic but it isn't
I have seen the same exact numbered item for auction several times on this site. It is apparent they just run up the price until they get a price that they want. If they don't get the price they want they keep the item and trot the same item back out for another "auction". I have bought a few thing from the site and I believe the prices I paid were reasonable but don't be fooled by the title "pristine auction".

All items in our daily auction and tuesday night weekly auction are offered with no reserve price. Other formats can offer reserve prices. It sounds like you are seeing an item that was offered with a reserve and was listed again after not hitting the set reserve price. Please let us know if there are any other questions or concerns.
When you bid on an item, up pops a message saying someone else has automatically bid higher. Regardless of how many times you do this you get the same result. Thus, you can never win the bid. After the bid is over the seller contacts you to say you can buy the item at now the high run-up cost. Play the game. If you want the item and find after a couple of bids you get the same result, wait until the last few minutes to place a bid. That way you will not be bidding against yourself and if the seller contacts you the price will be lower.
If you do not take the sellers offer after the bid closes, you will probably find the item back on the auction block in a few days.
Great product at great pricing. Items shipped rapidly and usually get to you in about 7-10 days. Great description of product being sold and you get exactly what pictures show. Bidding is simple to do and chances at winning an auction are in your favor.
Rip off artists, they list the same serial numbered items over and over again until they get the overinflated price they want. Unethical.
Update: in response to the Pristine rep's comments, nowhere on the auctions I am talking about does it state they have reserves. So I am going to stick to my original comments and advise people to stay away.

Very misleading. DO not trust this company.
Always read the fine print. It says "Game used autographed Freddie Freeman Bat". Then when you click on it and scroll down to bottom it says that the bat was not games used by freddie freeman but someone had used it and cracked it... Who would want a bat used by a little league kid and then signed by freddie freeman?

The guarantee was to get 10x Auto/memorabilia Jersey Relics, and to look put for 1 of 1. The aution sold for over $250 and the value of cards are under $130 dollars. Disappointing would not bid on these boxes in the future. Pristine Auction should be careful to not lose credibility on products Auctioned.
