Pristine Auction

I have acquired so many great items from pristine auction to add to my sports collection. I love the 10 minute auction alot along with the daily 24 hour auction. Shipping is always fast and always packed professionally as well

Problems occur and things happen with businesses it's a fact of life. I recently had some issues come up and I ended up speaking with Jared Kavlie the president there. First off he is a great guy that cares for his customers satisfaction, he took care of every concern that I had and made it right. As a small business owner it's these kind of relationships that will allow me to keep doing business for years to come and I am thankful to count him as another friend in the industry.

This place is fraud and I hope the go to hell

I won a bid but never paid for the item as I didn't really want it. They went ahead and proceeded to take the money from me on their own!

This isn't okay … I didn't go on to the site and personally pay for the item.

I am beyond pissed about this.

I hope everyone there burns in hell and I will be putting a claim on it through my bank!

So far I have won nine auctions in the past month since I have been on this site. So far everything has come in great condition and wrapped with care My biggest complaint is communication The second item I ordered last month still has not been shipped out where as the ninth item I ordered has already been shipped out. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I'm giving them three stars because of their lack of communication

Won an auction of a full sized helmet, costed me over $300. Shipped me a mini helmet instead. I contacted customer support via live chat and they said they would look into it and get back to me. Three days later, still haven't heard back so I contacted them. They said they don't have the item so I can keep my item with a $50 refund (because I'd loved to pay over $250 for a mini helmet I could get for under $100) or they'll give me a full refund if I send back the mini helmet.

Meanwhile, I already purchased a helmet display case for over $150 that I mounted on my wall for this purchase. Just an all around terrible experience with a very sketchy company. Heard other horror stories, wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Beware!

They do not fulfill their orders. I ordered a boxing mystery box that was to contain 3 items. I received email notification that my item was delivered. I was away for a couple of days dealing with medical issues. Two days later I receive an email stating that my item was returned to sender ( which was not initiated by me). Now they are telling me that all they can do is give me a credit or refund. I want neither. I want the item I ordered. If they can't find a way to overcome even the smallest issues with anything but a refund/credit, then despite what their site states, they are unable to deliver what they are selling. Seems like they just hold the onto your money until you get tired of dealing with it (I wonder what the float is on the revenue from all their unfulfilled orders...?) This situation is awful, is entirely driven by them and leaves the purchaser with no recourse except to frustratingly eventually accept a credit/refund. I have put a lot of time into trying to get this resolved. I believe that time has value. $600.00 of value. So I am requesting that my accountant send Pristine Auctions a 1099nec for the value of the item and my time.

I have been purchasing Hollywood memorabilia and autographs for many years. I have acquired some nice autographs on some great photos with Pristine. The authentication process through several sources is reassuring that you are getting what you paid for. The customer service has been great for me. I had an issue and it was solved quickly and to my satisfaction. I recommend Pristine for your autographs, art and memorabilia purchases.

I have bought some really cool stuff on here. I always think the Mystery Boxes sound fun and have bought a few. They have always sucked seems like they just are full of the crap they don't want.

The guitar won at auction is only a sticker slapped on a junk guitar. The guitar came damaged as the sticker was falling off and partially damaged. The company only wanted to refund 30.00 out of the entire cost and wouldn't refund at 50.00 out of the purchase. These guitars are absolutely junk and please pay attention to them as they are only stickers slapped on. Be advised and don't waste your money. Not only do they sell junk they also don't send the item shown in their listing. I won a Chevy Chase card signed and they didn't send the correct one I won and sent something else. They only offered a 20.00 refund for that in which I agreed to. This guitar is the second problem and if they don't want to at least issue a 50.00 dollar, then I won't buy from again.
