Tires are 2015-2016 tires. One is so deformed it bounces like a basketball. Customer service wants to elwarranty out with manufacturer and says it will take over a month
Our company does all it can to ensure that every single customer receives only safe, functional and new tires in every sense of those words; to that end, although some tires can be older (two-three years perhaps), you should never receive tires that are so old! It's clear that something went wrong between our warehouse and supplier, rest assured that we take these situations seriously and will invest appropriate effort to prevent such problems from happening again!
The shape issue is certainly both curious and worrying, for cases like that we do need to work with you to identify the matter and prepare an adequate solution - if the cause of the issue is not clear, then contacting the manufacturer for a warranty may be required. With that said, upon re-reviewing the matter we do believe that there was a bit of a misunderstanding here - do not worry, this matter will be solved quickly and efficiently!
All in all, we do earnestly apologize for the unexpectedly sub-par tires, but we will be more than willing and ready to resolve the situation for you right away!
Very pleased with my shopping experience with priority tires. Decent tires for a decent price. Haven't put them on yet but I have received them. Two one day and the other two the next day! Would buy from again

Shipping handleling tracking is on point, The tires are not as good as sales pictures online, is my disappointment, Has good design but the rubber is super soft compact whont last long for summer dry roads but it's perfect for off-road use grip specs
The tires are not accurate 265/60/R18 had a hard time getting them on the rim with machine.
The positive side is ill save more gass with them being smaller than 265 I'd say real size is about 263 or 262/58 R18 it has incorrect hight and width of measurement.
I have more torque but the tires don't wanna balance out very well they don't like higher speeds 80+ mph starts to shake and vibrate a little bit I checked again on wheel balancing machines tires are not able to be balanced out well, Idk if these tires need broke in or not, So I have to run auto bb ball balancers inside the tire for proper variation imbalances from speed ranges, Tires are worth the price for winter or rainy mud season definitely, I do not recommend using Auto BB ball balancers inside the tire you will eventually have premature wear/failure inside the tire but it douse work for a good duration of time. I'd prefer to keep running my Nitto Ridge Grappler tires for my application of off-road use.
I do tons of overlanding and traveling.
$600 is a fair/good price for the tires.

We do have to point out that any and all advertised details come directly from the manufacturer - the size printed on the sidewall dictates how we'll list the tire, while all other information is gathered from the manufacturer's official specification sheet. This does mean that we cannot list any other data other than the officially available one, as that in on itself would actually constitute as false advertising!
Likewise, the photos included are all official ones and should be as accurate as can be.
From our experience, some tires can certainly have dimensions that don't quite match the expected mold, like indeed being 263mm wide instead of 265 - however they are still designed to fit and function on the same wheels!
Still, we do appreciate your review and will use that information to try and improve both quality control and the inventory we work with, however much that may be possible.
If you do however believe that there may be some type of defect with the individual tire(s) you have, please do contact us so that we can investigate and attempt a warranty!

I did receieve my tires. One of them has a factory defect and am working with them to correct it. That is at this point the only reason I am giving them a 4 star rating. The other tire mounted and balanced perfectly and shipping was wicked fast!

Just bought my second set of tires in two weeks. The process was easy on the website and both sets were delivered very quickly. The first set was for a bmw x5 and so far they've been great and got them for about half price of what all the local tire shops priced them for. The second set was for my f150 and getting them mounted today but I'm willing to bet they will be great also. Saved around $400 on that set. You can trust priority tires!
