Ordering went great, got an e mail for confirmation. Never did get an e mail for delivery but did receive the tires. So all is well

The experience was quick and easy. Delivery was also very quick. If I have any complaint at all It would be, if you offer a discount on a tire it should be on all like tires in the order not just the first one.
Just got the last 2 tires today, 1 week after the first 2, so they should be on the car in a couple days. That's on Fed Ex.

The tires actually came together and not separately and we're delivered with care in front of door and on time. The date on the tires which is crucial was also a pleasant surprise... manufactured in March of this year!

Ordered tires and they were shipped promptly. The problem was with UPS. The items sat at the shipping facility for days (its only 15 minutes from my house). I called Priority support for help. They were able to resolve the issue.
We're certainly glad that we were able to assist you and resolve the hold-up, but we do apologize on our and UPS' behalf that the issue happened in the first place! Obviously we do all we can to be in sync with our carriers of choice and ensure smooth, safe deliveries for all customers. Still, sadly, unexpected incidents can happen, including mysterious delays that ultimately do not have any formal justification. Rest assured that we always communicate with our partners to report any and all issues in an effort to improve quality control and provide better service to all customers - we've seen improvements over the years with all of our partner carriers, so we are confident that with further efforts issues like this won't happen again!
With all of that said we do apologize to you once more yet also thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
This is my first experience with priority tire. I'd like to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to navigate the site, find my tires, and Order them. I think it was a great experience. Now I haven't gotten them installed so that's no issue with them, but in the event that I need to return them I hope that process is okay as well.
