We ordered 500 custom printed boxes. Only 108 boxes were delivered.
George blamed the off shore printer. George promised to correct and have the remaining 392 boxes printed by another printer. It never happend... I've very nicely asked him multiple times to correct the issue.
I'm including our original order and the packing slip we we received from the printer ship in Pakistan. The packin slip makes no sense. The communication between George and his print shops is sloppy and careless... And George makes lots of promises but fails to follow through. Beware buyer... it's hit or miss... we received a miss:-(
Matt has been a really helpful sales rep we have had and made all the process seems really easy. We ordered 1200 custom boxes like the tuck shape boxes and all the boxes came to us within 12 days. The prices were affordable and we would be coming back again.
I hardly review but wanted to make sure that someone who is reliable and works hard should be appreciated.
The last thing I wanted was to right a bad review but no one should have to deal with this awful company worse customer service, Scammers and Liars. They shipped me the wrong quantity for my order and the worse printing quality that I have ever seen. Each time I try to reach out to them they never respond.
Loved the packaging boxes they sent us. The prices were affordable and printing quality was top notch. George was very friendly and responded quickly to all our queries. They also sent us the template and helped with the artwork.

They lied about the printing location. We ordered the products with them worth $1000s. They said they make the products in the USA and they labeled "Made in USA" on our products too. But when the products were shipped to us, they were from Pakistan. Which means we cannot sell the products because it will be counterfeit "Made in USA". Our company cannot and will not sell counterfeit "Made in USA" products. Which means we lost thousands of dollars because of the lie they told us.
They also said they are an expert of packaging boxes and printing cards. They could not even draw a die cut templates and they could not print the products the way we paid to be done. Which mean we cannot sell these products, they became worthless papers.
They said they will try to resolve the problems but it has been 3 weeks that we have not heard from them. We are very disappointed but we don't want anyone to experience like we did. At this point, we are in a legal procedure to make everything fair.
George asked me to give a review. I ordered some flyers for my company and i just got them yesterday very happy with the result so would like to recommend other people as well :)
Way over priced. Labels are cut unevenly and very unprofessionally. Box is packed with white stuff that sticks onto the labels and is impossible to get it off. TERRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE QUALITY.
Paid $350 for 500 labels. Way over priced.
This company is based in the USA and not in the UK as stated on their he also purchases from Pakistan, the packaging I purchased was of very poor quality and i was left with import duties on the parcels i had delivered.
I ordered mailer boxes for a PR campaign from Printing Solo, and the experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Not only did they fail to manufacture and ship my order by the promised deadline, but their communication throughout the process was abysmal.
Their unprofessionalism knows no bounds. They made lofty promises about their efficiency and reliability, only to completely drop the ball when it came to fulfilling my order on time. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I tried to inquire about the status of my order, I was met with nothing but excuses.
Not only did Printing Solo fail to manufacture and ship our mailer boxes by the agreed-upon deadline, but their incompetence ended up costing us a significant amount of money. Our entire PR project fell behind schedule because of their inability to deliver on time, resulting in missed opportunities and lost revenue.
Their lack of accountability and disregard for the impact of their actions on their customers' businesses is appalling. It's clear that they have no understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines and honoring their commitments.
Steer clear of Printing Solo unless you want to risk not only wasting your time and money but also jeopardizing the success of your projects. Their incompetence knows no bounds, and their inability to deliver on their promises is nothing short of infuriating.
I ordered presentation folders for the company I work for and the texture was amazing my boss was happy with me. I would recommend this company to other people as well.
I wrote a book of about 100 pages and was struggling to find a good printer. Found PrintingSolo and they did a very good job.
George, the customer service rep, has now ghosted me/us. They did send a new batch of stickers "of better quality". This batch actually sticks. That is the best part about them.
I was confronted about my bad reviews - which I stand by and promised an update. Here it is.
We are initiating a chargeback since a refund was promised over a week ago and now all communications have stopped.

George; I don't what have we done so wrong that you keep giving bad reviews?
ME: You provide poor quality, communication, and timeliness. And I had to post that just to get a reply from you. It's the only way to get your attention. You told me it would be refunded over a week ago and it wasn't, so here we are.
If you were on this side of the counter, I'm sure you would be upset also. Especially since we have been waiting for a resolution since 12-2022 on an order placed 11-7-22 and you go weeks without communication. You promise tracking that is never provided. I ask questions multiple times that you never answer. Gee, WHY would I be irritated?
George: I already sent you stickers twice which cost us double shipping amount and double printing and now we have refunded the money so we have actually spent from our pocket to give you stickers and free service. This is not fair to any company!
ME: If it is so expensive to do remakes maybe you should have a better handle on your quality control and product handlers so remakes would not be necessary. I even stated that you should have gotten the first run back to send it back to your materials provider since they didn't even stick. This is the cost of doing business. Learn from your mistakes. (Both batches have been shredded since you don't want them back.)
The product you shipped is GARBAGE. Take some accountability.
Don't blame me because I refuse to tolerate inept product and behavior. Whining to me about your shortcomings won't fix the issue. The issue is not here - it is there. I expect quality for my $$ which you cannot provide, obviously.

The customer service rep is nice enough to deal with, but he never answers all of your questions completely.
The product is garbage, I ordered decals - they came in beat up and bent. The packaging was not good AND they don't stick. I stuck one on a garbage can to test it, it peeled itself off in less than 5 minutes.
My orig order was paid and placed on November 7th I didn't receive product until December 7. I let them know it was unacceptable the same day they told me they would remake the order. It is now January 18 and I still have not seen the new order and my hopes are not very high for quality.
