If I could give less than one star I would.
I've been going back and forth with their email support for over two months to correct my order. When I finally gave up and asked for a refund I stopped being contacted back.
I've tried calling and their phones say they are open 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, EST.
I'm in EST, it's 8:39 and they are saying their offices are closed. Their "24/7" help desk is non existent and requesting a call back? That's not real either.
I'm so sick of this company. I will not let this go. This place is a scam. Do NOT spend your money here. The photo attached to this review is only one example. Every photo was printed this way.

Items were packed well as package arrived somewhat damaged, but the cards and envelopes were fine. Great quality.
Ordering was easy. However, the Pitney Bowes order status reporting was unsatisfying with many statements of no utility to us the customer, and no statement of estimated delivery date for days. The package arrived before we ever saw when it was expected. The puzzle had insufficient backing support. Although a statement on the outside said to not fold it, the puzzle had been at least partially folded. Pieces had come out of the puzzle and were floating around in the plastic film cover.
The calendars were gifts and were well received! Thank you!
It turned out great and quick shipping. The pictures were good quality.
I originally wanted the Thermal cup, but upon receiving the stainless cup, the images didn't show well on that material. Their customer service rep was very helpful in making sure I received a product I was happy with. I changed the type of mug to ceramic, but also suggested an insulated drinking cup, I owned, as a better surface than the stainless metal they have a a product they may want to consider switching to for better photo results.
I wasn't able to see both sides of the travel mug photos in the Preview section. Needs to be corrected.
There was a problem with one of my canvas prints and it was fixed without issue- thank you!

The metal was much thinner than expected and the time between when it was ordered and received what much longer than expected.
Received just as I expected thanks. Packaging was also good, the metal prints were in great shape.

While I like the actual finished product, the 3 week+ timeframe from submitting the order to receiving it is very disappointing. Also the update saying "the parcel has been given to the courier" 3 days before the UPS/USPS even receives the package is frustrating and leads to false hope one will receive the package shortly even when there is still another week to go.
Quick process and I received my order intact I plan to re-order with this company

Better prints with canvas on demand. I bought this for the deal on Groupon. I did not appreciate all the nickel and diming on taking your company's logo off! That was a good one! And then extra for quality shots, and then extra for a hook. Like what in the world is that? Next, will you ask extra for affix the canvas onto the frame?! Like really. You need to review your business model. I will never purchase again, and I will never recommend. Groupon or not. Your business actually sucks. I'll go back to cavas on demand, or just use CVS, Walgreens or Walmart. At least there I don't have to worry about them asking me to remove THEIR logo for a premium 😂😂😂 ridiculous. Must be quite incompetent people discussing your marketing model.
