The site is simple but I put a border around each page and it came without a border. Other than that, it was what I wanted.
It was a very simple process to order a photo picture for my son's teacher. The only issue I had was tracking our package to make sure it would arrive on time before school ended. The product is of great quality and the pictures were very clear
You guys were fine but the delivery service bent the package and the corners of all 6 prints were bent. Not to happy with that, You should rip the delivery service for lack of care of the product. The cost of the prints were significant and then to have them bent on the corners is not acceptable

I have ordered several times from printerpix and this is the first time that the finished product doesn't look like the demo of the item I received.
The picture of the cup that I designed has a white background but what I received looks like photo negatives.
I thought, maybe if I added hot water, a white background would appear and I could actually see the photos. That did not happen.
This is a house warming gift for my sister so I'm going to go ahead and send them as they are.

Unfortunately my portrait image arrived with multiple issues.
1. The head was cut off
2. The color horrible not close to original.
3. The aluminum is paper thin.
I am refusing the product and demanding a full refund.
This was the one of the worst customer experiences I think I have ever had. I purchased a book with every upgrade possible and paid for expedited shipping to make sure this arrived in time to be part of a marriage proposal. I never received a shipping confirmation email and only after talking to two different customer service reps did I receive a tracking link. However, that link was not even for my order and it wasn't until 1.5 weeks of calling customer service every day that I finally connected with a manager who admitted my order was actually printed in the UK and not the US (their website says made in the US which is not true). Even after paying for expedited shipping, it hadn't shipped over 1.5 weeks later. I finally received my order after 2 weeks which was too late for the proposal, and the quality was horrible. None of the upgrades I paid for we included, there were grey lines at the top of some of the pages clearly indicating poor quality printing and cutting. The manager told me he would refund me and then I was only refunded for shipping. After another full week of calling this company, I finally was able to convince them to refund me the full amount. It hasn't showed up in my bank account yet so I'm hoping it finally does so I don't have to deal with this company anymore. I would suggest using a more reputable company for any custom print needs.
