I ordered a custom coffee mug from Printerpix for father's day. I paid extra to have the order processed as a rush job so that it would arrive in time. I also paid for expedited shipping. Printerpix failed to deliver my order by the time it promised. When I contacted customer support, Printerpix directed me to an FAQ on its website, which was not helpful (obviously). I later asked Printerpix to follow up with an order update and tracking number. Printerpix ignored my emails. The order eventually arrived—well after father's day and with no notice. The coffee mug turned out OK. I would not recommend Printerpix to anyone. There are many other services offering the same (or better) products with far better customer service.
