Difficult to adjust pages - photos were not intuitive to locate. Emailed for help - but did not receive a response for days later. Even after the order was completed and received received responses after the fact. Need to tighten up your customer service.
This is my second time ordering from Printerpix and both orders I received well after the original date that it originally stated that I would receive my order at. The original delivery date was 12 days before I actually received the order which was well after my friend's 30th bday which is who I ordered my book for. Fortunately, I am satisfied with the quality of the book but high dissatisfied with the delivery updates and punctuality

Too many glitchy things with your website. I tried to use Apple Pay 4x, and always got a stupid message that said "no support this country; us" which sounds like a 3rd world phishing BS. I use Apple Pay regularly and never have a problem with any other websites. In addition, once the cart is open, there is NO CLEAR way to return to your projects. Your menu is poor at best.

I found PrinterPix in a search I did for, "Photo Blanket". They had an AMAZING SALE! The site was super easy to use, I uploaded my pictures, found a template I liked (there were A LOT to choose from!), placed my pictures, and purchased my designed blanket. My Mom LOVED the blanket, and I loved how easy the process was! I then made another blanket for my Dad! He LOVED the blanket too! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS SITE! I could NOT be HAPPIER! Too many add ons offered raising the price. When you are ready to check out it is frustrating and a bit overwhelming to be sent so many items and choices that can be added on in an attempt on your part to get the consumer to spend more money with your company.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
