I ordered a pillow with my puppy who recently passed and it was perfect! The picture was printed well and the pillow is comfy. I will definitely be ordering gifts from here moving forward!

It didn't ship until the date I was told it would be delivered by and the prints were done incorrectly and were considerably distorted. I went somewhere else for reprints. I will not recommend you to anyone. This was horrible service.

I enjoyed that I was able to customize pretty much the whole book. You're able to change fonts and the way you want pictures on the pages, text or no text. I had fun making a little book for my husbands 1st father's day. I plan on buying more as the years go by!

Took a bit to process but the end result was amazing except for the first page/cover photo, they placed an 8 x 10 photo in an 4 x 6 opening?
