Loved all of the blankets we've gotten through you! So soft and great picture quality! Shipping is fairly expensive and takes awhile, but worth it. Always use a Groupon which is also awesome!
I bought a mug for a birthday gift. Good mug with nice quality pictures. Updates about shipping could be improved. I wasn't notified timely about the shipping/delivery date until it was delivered.
I uploaded the pic in the wrong orientation so the final product was distorted. I sent customer service an email to ask how to begin the refund process. I never heard back which was frustrating so I ordered a new one instead. Order process is fine, customer service not so much.
The picture looks great! And it came in a good box, but the frame is bowed and does not hang flat on the wall because of it. I didn't want to complain or cause a fuss. I love the picture, it's sentimental and we're keeping it. Just wish the wood frame had been straight. Not sure if that something you can fix in production but it might affect other reviews. I don't want to be publicly posted.
I had a Groupon coupon;even though Groupon verified the coupon had been used Printer Pix charged me more. I wasn't satisfied with customer service. This was not resolved as something about the automated service couldn't correct😒. This was after several times with customer service. Will not use their service sgain….too hard to communicate when there is a problem.
