All went well, but the last book I ordered was printed the correct size, but was cut (wrong) smaller as a result, parts of pictures and peoples heads were cut off. I am hoping that they have fixed the cutting problem and this book is cut to the advertized and correct size as per the templet provided to design the book.
Color wasn't as vivid as photo sent. Probably should have paid additional fee they were asking for a more vibrant picture.
Love the card style and ease of website use! My cards look great and were also a great value.

Everything was good, they should atleast make sure the pictured cover is not on the seam. One of my books the bride was on the seam.
Took too long for the order to arrive and an estimated timeframe of the arrival product was not available upon order. Product arrived slightly damaged on the edge of the photo tiles.

It took a lot of playing around, and in the end, I couldn't edit the design to include all of the photo. It would be nice if there were some online assistance.

Perfect and the book was exactly what I wanted. Images were great and I have received so many compliments.
I would have preferred an option for a book 11" x 8" in a portrait orientation, rather than a landscape orientation. I ordered one from a different company and they were terrible to work with - although i could get the size ans shape book I preferred. I will not work with them again. Your people are so much better to work with - but you really do not offer the product I want. Oh well.

The quality of the item was good, but the promised shipping time was missed by more than a week on two different orders. If you use this service, please order your items at least 3-4 weeks in advance of the time that you need it.
The product quality was good. The shipping situation was a nightmare. Customer service was decent.
They really should include the hanger on the back of the canvas for as much as they charge. A hanger only costs 50 cents not 4.99 more.
I was very happy with the thank you cards that I ordered. I was nervous when placing the order and forced to upgrade everything. If the price included the actual product I received I would have given a five star rating.
