Two times I had conflicting info about your "free shipping". I have checked my credit card and have received reimbursement for those shipping costs which were originally supposed to be free on blankets.

We have used Printerpix many times and have never been disappointed with the product. If one buys a discounted PrinterPix package from, say, Groupon it tends to take much longer to get the finished product.

Having to do same thing over and over when designing the blankets. It would lose what I was doing (I guess time out) and it was a pain. Otherwise, the blankets look great.

It took hours to find a pic that fit, delivery took at least 3 weeks, probably 4. The "metal" material does not seem like metal to me. It feels like plastic. The upcharges are ridiculous.
Very good, no hassle, being able to use Groupon right after I clicked the 'redeem". I have used this company many times, the APP works much better on IPad now. Will use them again.
I've ordered these type blankets before but don't remember which company. Yours are nice but not as thick as my previous ones. I was a little disappointed.
Upon starting my book, it was not clear how many pages long it would be. I accidentally created 22 pages. By the time I realized my error, I was too worried about going back to undo anything I had created… so I ended up leaving the extra pages. I bet this company hopes that will happen, and it did. I wish the bookmaking program fully informed me about the length of the book and then prompted me to stop or add more pages once I got to page 20!
Thank you for replacing the damaged mug I received. You got the new one to me quickly, and I was able to give my friend his gift tonight. He LOVED it. You helped make his 87th birthday very special.
Smooth experience and quick delivery. My only gripe is hope you offer better photo organization capabilities when creating an album so we do t have to keep searching for pics.
Worst possible customer support. No way to contact you about shipping to a PO Box. Phone number does not work, chatbox (falsely advertised as a real person) is worthless, no reply on contact email. Ignored my written instructions on delivery address and changed it to the wrong one. Would not track the order - I had to do that myself and it cost me an additional delivery fee. Impossible to talk to anyone about a simple problem which resulted in a major problem for me.
Also awkward editing tools.
Would never do business here again.
