Website is very easy to navigate but there is no way to arrange the photos. My photos were missing the top half of the person's head in almost every photo.

I was very disappointed in the production and delivery of my books. It took over 3 1/2 weeks from the time I submitted the book (2 copies of the same Photobook) until I had delivery. I've worked with two other companies for many years and have always had delivery in 7 to 10 days. I suspected it might be two weeks, but after two phone calls, being assured it was in final production and then sent, there was still excessive delay; I was very unhappy. The book was to be a gift to a family member before he left home for two years, and it did not arrive in time.
This has been a good experience working with the PinterPix system!

First order was lost and something, and was never sent or received? Had to reach out, and finally got a response after several inquiries. Order was eventually replaced and finally received ~ 1 month after order was placed.
