Ordering was quick and easy. The only thing now I noticed is how some photos wrap around the side of the canvas that I couldn't tell in the editing software.

I received a mug with a black film over the image as well as the entire outside of the mug. It's advertised that the mug is white all over except for where the image covers the outside.

The website was a bit challenging to navigate as I uploaded my photos. Also, certain size canvas prints were not available for some of my photos due to resolution (per website feedback). However, print size choices were available that were both smaller and larger than the 10 x 12" size I wanted. I finally wound up using a different photograph for my order that was able to be printed in the 10 x 12" format.
Once I received the prints, I was very happy with them. The colors are very vibrant and the resolution is very good. I have received many compliments on my photo gallery in my powder room!

The front face of my canvas is lovely. I chose an upgraded canvas which has a good feel to it. The back side, which admittedly will be facing the wall, isn't as neatly finished as I would have liked. There is extra canvas which could have been trimmed for a more professional job. Additionally, I ordered a black edge and my canvas has white gaps at each corner which I will need to color in for a more polished look. I am please with the canvas but it could have been a bit better.
PayPal payment option didn't show up until the last window, that was a bit frustrating.
Would have been a more interesting collage with different sized photos - didn't see an option for that.

I've been using PrinterPix for years for albums and canvas prints especially collages. I just tried the metal print. They are fabulous. I will be ordering more. The pics are sooooo vibrant on them.
The first canvas that I received was printed wrong but with just an email they were able to fix it and reprint. It was so easy and their reps were so helpful!

Squares are too small. It's two sided flip which I didn't understand that. And some of the pictures the heads were cut off.
A little challenging understanding the book layout and uploading the individual photos. Took quite a bit of time. In the end, the result was a good quality product.
