I am a regular user of printerpix and have made several albums with them. This last experience was dreadful. I was making a 100 page album and spent many hours creating it, during this time I recieved an error message tha the server was not responding' after 48 hours it returned but all the photos in my folder were missing. I continued to try to make the album as it was for my best friends retirement present but the experience only got worse. I saved constantly but everytime I turned the project off photos went missing, then one day over 50% of my almost complete album was missing. In place of photos were a white page with a rain cloud saying file missing. I tried to ring and waited 20 mins on a premium rate phone call on hold. I tried live chat and spoke to Manika who listened to my concern then vanished from the chat I tried again and spoke to Casper who said it was a glitch and all I could do was repeat the work. When I said I was worried it would happen again he said we will make sure it doesn't. I spent 8 hours one day repeating the work in one go because I was afraid to turn it off but photos were disappearing as I put them on. I contacted IT support twice who simply sent me the same template response twice. I made a complaint and still have had no reply. The album arrived today and it's awful, I can't give it as a present. The photos are too dark and pixelated, the print is poor quality. I paid an extra £22 for premium paper so I dread to think what the cheaper paper is like. You have let yourselves down badly printerpix, poor product and non existent customer service. You have lost a regular customer but as you can't even respond to my request for help I doubt you are bothered. I have sent two formal complaints and had absolutely no response. Shocking customer care.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
