I place an order on the 13th of Nov it's now dec1st got half of it and have asked and complained nobody knows anything I'll never use it again

I ordered two metal prints in November and received them in mid-December. The smaller print (8x12) was OK, but the larger print (16x20) was horrible. The colors were washed out and not saturated. You could see the aluminum through the printing because it was so faint. It looked like it had been sitting out in the sun for 10 years. In addition, there was a crease in the metal. They are supposed to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I reported the problems with my order. I was told that they would send me a replacement. I asked them if I could get a refund instead since it was supposed to be a Christmas present. I never got a response. Weeks went by and still no replacement print. I kept getting excuses about them being busy because of the holiday season. After about four weeks, I called them and found out that the customer service representatives who I had previously corresponded with had never ordered a replacement. About a week later I finally got the replacement print and it looked even worse than the first print. It was even more washed out looking and it was even easier to see the metal. I e-mailed a complaint and then followed up with a phone call a day or two later. I explained the problem and said that I wanted a refund. The woman told me to send a picture of the problem and she would then send the refund. I did this and then didn't hear anything back, so I called again. The woman promised a refund and an e-mail confirmation. As of this writing, she still hasn't done this. My next step is going to be to file a consumer fraud complaint with my state attorney general.
Update: The print that I thought was good was also found out to be bad. After I unwrapped it, I found a defect in the sky (see pictures). The defect is to the right of the pen tip.
Came too late! I was expecting it before mothers day. I was very disappointed.

I ordered a photo book to give to my parents on their 50th wedding anniversary. I gathered all their photos from their wedding in 1968, and paid a lot of money to have those negatives turned into digital files. Only then, I was able to create this album which I was going to take to Chile...
This was a month ago and guess what... my order is still not in sight. I have talked to 3 customer service people, escalated a complain, chat with another one online... all I have gotten are excuses and lies.
First they said they had mistakenly sent my order the hub in the UK, then the status of my order change to red, reading "your order has failed our quality assurance and needs to be reprinted"... no timelines, no apologies, nothing!
Last week I was promised that my order would be in my hands as of yesterday... guess what... yeap, you guessed it, STILL NOT HERE!
Today they said that it's been printed but takes 3 days to process, so I asked if I could change shipping address to Fla, since I am leaving tomorrow and will be there for a week before heading to Chile... guess what, they said they can't... really? Seriously?, you really messed up here and you are not willing to do anything at all to make it better?! Oh wait, maybe I'm lying, they said that if manager approves, they would refund my shipping charge of $7. If you only knew what I wanted to tell him to do with those $7... yes, you probably guessed right again, yet I didn't say it out loud (maybe I should have had).
I had placed different order with Shutterfly 2 weeks after I placed this one, guess what, I got that one last week! If I only knew how bad this company was, or at least if they were honest with their turnaround so I could have sent this order for my parents to make it through shutterfly too... I hope nobody else ever orders from them and they get thrown out of business!
So save yourself some time and $ and take your business somewhere else, this company Is not worth it.
