Tracking number was showing item shipped (label created) for 5 days until I contacted customer support and then it was shipped and delivered with no further complications.
I love the availability to get something quick with free shipping. The project unfortunately took me a but longer because your pages don't auto save every few minutes. Having to hit the save button each time made me lose my project updates multiple times :/ But I will say the customer service was wonderful and they expedited my order to get it here super fast. Thank you!

Customer service didn't respond but I got everything I ordered. It was split between 3 shipments and I was trying to find out about the last shipment. No response to both inquiries, however product showed up. The quality is amazing. Very happy with my purchase.

I was disappointed with a corner of the canvas… although it wasn't your fault, I had wished you would've seen it and brought it to my attention so I could edit it. I ended up using some paint to block it out.
I chose printerpix because the software was easy to use and had the most flexibility for arranging and sizing my photos. We made a beautiful 2025 calendar and were happy with the final procduct.
My only comment would be to put "Please Do Not Bend" on the packaging because my mailman folded it up to put it in the mailbox.
I love the prices and the options, i despise the way the pictures upload and how you cannot sort by date and how they double load and then you cannot delete, also how you cannot store pictures by date or folders. It is a pain.

Too many add ons offered raising the price. When you are ready to check out it is frustrating and a bit overwhelming to be sent so many items and choices that can be added on in an attempt on your part to get the consumer to spend more money with your company.
The quality of the print on the canvas is not very good. Also the. Persons head was cut off and when I contact customer service about it they said that that was the way it was submitted but I don't think it was.

Payment gets hung up and doesnt process. Took me three trys. Site is not user friendly for ordering. The order section doesn't update. It never shows the status except that PrinterPix is working on it. Two orders were delivered yet showed you are still working on it.
