I have bee purchasing from TonerBuzz for the past five years and must say that the company is a wonderful resource. In June of 2023, I purchased 4 Black and a 3-pack of color toners for my HP laser printer. TonerBuzz delivered the next morning and saved me over $150 if I had purchased locally. One of the greatest problems about having people write assignments for you is having them use the wrong information on your article. I've had this happen to me several times, and I've had to read already written articles to spot and correct mistakes. Needless to say, all that money has gone down the drain. However, no matter how many article requests I bring to this site, there's never such a case. That alone makes them the best.

Only leaving one star because i cannot leave zero. Bought a 32 inch monitor on 4/12 for next day delivery. UPS failed to deliver and I was promised a full refund.
Remember that I have not seen or touched the item.
Keep being fobbed off with different excuses every time I call.
No other option now to take this down the small claims route and let everyone know what a bad company they are

WWW.IMPACT-COMPUTERS.CO.UK are useless at best or just plain dishonest at worst. You decide. Ordered on 05/05/09. Heard nothing. Rang up, advised product arrives 06/06/09. Since then nothing, no reply to mails, tel no removed from website, contact via a non-working support system. DO NOT USE WWW.IMPACT-COMPUTERS.CO.UK. TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN.

I purchased ink. The shipping box never opened. With COVID the ink was not used, the printer stop working, I requested an exchange. They were to respond within 7 to 10 days. No response. I called on 10/1 the CS rep stated it was approved and she or supervisor would be sending me return instructions via email before the end of her shift. No email was received. I called on 10/6 the CS rep talked over me, stated no update to my file even showing I called and no I would not receive return information as the policy was 6 months firm. I ask for a supervisor and was refused to be transferred. PLS listen to these calls and do something about inconsistent responses.

Tip for consumers:
It might be better to pay more to get good service and communication returned.

Didn't use the ink - unopened box requested to return for an exchange.
