They are absolute crooks, Do not do business with them unless you want your money stolen. They will change your flight after after charging you for it and not refund your money. They promise that the airline will refund it in a few days. Then all you get is a run around from
them.Worst of the worst.

I rented a vehicle thru Priceline.com and National car rental. I was in a hurry because l had to work and my vehicle broke down. Priceline approved my debit card for a 7 day rental but once l got to National rental car they would not take my debit card and said they need a major credit card. When l called priceline back" they told me my money was non refundable and l didn't read the fine print before l booked the vehicle.
NO MONEY BACK. NO PRODUCT.
I think Priceline should not except a bank card without you presenting a major credit card. I'm sure this will happen to more people in the future.
I had to upgrade onsite or get stranded. Sixt had no intension to do anything about it and Priceline neither. I ask for reimbursement but I can tell you both Priceline and Sixt are telling you that they are not responsible. The only thing you gain is hours on the phone and the experience that you better not deal with this amount of incompetence. It is a shame that these kind of business practices are allowed. BIG TIME SCAM!
When I went with Priceline on a trip to miami from Texas round trip. I was price gouged for an additional $70.00 on the rate they quoted me for for a carry on luggage that they insisted didn't cover the one bag. This should of been brought to my attention at first or I would of went elsewhere. I ever called them to ask what size maximum they would allow and they told me 9x11x I forgot the rest but I made sure the carry on was under that. When I called to address this issue. I got very unprofessional service with a rooster crowing in the background. Them hanging up on me three times and never wishing to make me a happy customer with the attitude we already got your money now shoooo! Will never use this company ever again and BEWARE if you are thinking you are paying one price and finding out it's costing 70.00 more!
I have been using Priceline.com for many years. They offered the lowest price and had many options to choose from. Great customer service and great savings from hotel staffs and booking agent from airohub.
This is a discount for hotels/travel. They do not tell you that they charge Canadians booking a hotel in Canada in American dollars.
There is no deal! The pay the hotel in Canadian dollars but take in American. You will not notice the charge until you have already given all your credit card information.
When looking for hotels I first check Priceline. I don't always get lucky on that site but when I do its usually pretty darn good. I've gotten $200.00 rooms for $45.00 These are usually last minute deals.
Its always my first go-to when looking for lodgings.
We saw and booked a lower price on line and when my husband called to confirm they stated a higher price and claimed they could not see the lower price anywhere. They were very difficult to understand and gave him a big runaround. They would not connect us to a supervisor stating the was no supervisor available.
We called back to cancel within minutes. They said if we wanted to cancel we would still have to pay the full price. Who does business like this? Never, never again!
I had used Priceline for a trip to DC earlier in the year and the experience was fine. Then, when booking a trip to Austin, I was asked to download their app to receive the discount. When I did--no discount. When I called to either get the discount or make other arrangements, I was told that I could not cancel and because I didn't have a screen shot of the discount offer, they couldn't grant that either. Never again. William Shatner... what are you thinking endorsing this horrible company?
Looking at all of the reviews on Priceline it is obvious that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I booked a trip to Las Vegas and something happened in my family that forced us to have to cancel our trip. 47 days before our trip I called to try and cancel and to my surprise they would not allow me to cancel. They just kept repeating the same thing over and over again.
Priceline is awful! They will lie to you like it is nothing. Kept saying they were calling the hotel and that the hotel was unable to give me a refund, but when I called the hotel said no what they told Priceline is that Priceline owns the reservation so they would have to process the refund. Oh also found out that when you book with Priceline hotels charge Pricelines "credit card" not yours. That is why the hotel can not just refund you! Horrible just horrible. Save yourself the trouble and book directly with the hotel or use Expedia.
Please don't used them bad very bad, not good
I rent a van the add say unlimited miles not correct I have it pay double the amount and I was not able to cancel please read all and my advice don't use this please I will never use the. Again.
Horrible customer service and horrible experience. I will never use this company again. Tried to book a hotel, on the last screen after I entered my credit card it said the rate wasn't available. I went back and tried to book the hotel again, I was charged twice even though the first time the message on my screen said it didn't go through. Called customer service and they were horrible. Never again will I use Priceline. Charging me twice for their website not working. Absolutely ridiculous!
Don't ever use this website. They're not very clear and screw up your reservation. I process my reservation then the hotel show different dates I immediately called back and they wouldn't make any corrections. I was stuck paying for a trip I didn't even get to use. I immediately called back
I made a reservation, payed with a debit card. Then when I got to the place they don't accept debit cards. They only accept credit cards. I called Priceline just to be put on a "14min" min hold that ended up taking over 4 hours! Then because of their lack of customer service I had to pay almost $100 to get to my destinations. It's crazy because my white friends didn't have this issue with price line, but when I spoke to the customer service rep, they rudely informed me they can't help me till they speak to the rental office, which would have been a simple thing, but the place is closed for the day. Then they told me to wait 10 Bussinness days to Solve the issue. I need the car for my birthday! And with out even let me talk to to a manger for which I requested. They closed the chat on me! I feel attacked and I completely feel like I was given a horrible service because of my ethnicity. This is unacceptable!
I booked a car rental and indicated that I was under the age of 25. Hertz then says that priceline was I was over 25 and wanted to charge me extra. I took screenshots of the booking that clearly indicated that I selected the 21-24 age block, but they claim it was not in the system.
Complete Frauds.
Resort in Daytona was closed due to storm; want to change pick up of rental car at a different airport to a resort in Orlando; being told too bad by Priceline rep. Cannot change rental car reservation for Daytona location. Had various people on phone for hours who could not annunciate well and transferred several times lost in computer voice jail between rental car and Priceline. Told emergency conditions cannot answer phone. All of this total BS. What kind of ridiculous policy will not let you change location of car rental pickup with same company on same scheduled date when this sort of thing happens beyond the customer control? Pathetic policy does not have customer first mantra at all. This is clearly a greedy policy that is despicable. Hats off to the glutenous policy makers at Priceline. Because of your greedy policies, I will never use your company again or refer anyone else to use it
The banner reads name your own price and you can save up to 60%. I bid $250 for a hotel and they gave me a hotel for $251. Where's the savings? I could have picked the hotel I wanted if I knew Priceline was false advertising. When I called they told me the room is non refundable and they gave me the best price available. My advise is don't use Priceline! They false advertise and there customer care is the worst all they do is read off of cards Priceline gave them. Horrible Horrible Horrible
Booked a hotel for one night. We paid 199$ for out hotel. A few days later on the site it had gone down to 159$. But apparently we only have 24hrs to get our money difference, and the reservations can't be canceled. I will never use priceline again. I thought the commercials always displayed people getting their money difference? These guys are a joke! I wish we had gone through somewhere else, and not we're stuck with it, and screwed out of our money.
Horrible pricelines name should be. They flat out lied about my reservation, and said they tried to call; back to verify, and my phone did not ring, so after moms death I used them, when I got to airport, there were no reservations/ Had to pay 1000 for a 300 ticket and after the death, its not like I could wait for another reservation, time was important, what a rippoff site
Answer: The agreed to price is inclusive. I would look at dollar's website before renting from Priceline. There is no layer of protection from prcln.
Answer: With Price Line you may pay a reduced price. However, you get reduced services. Be prepared for hidden costs from the merchant as their ads on Price Line do not include their entire policy.
Answer: I'm not sure what you mean by "receive" the e-ticket. I've booked numerous times through priceline and other intermediaries, but have never received a ticket. I would suggest that you look at the itinerary that you've received from priceline and look for the Airline Confirmation Number (which may be a sequence of letters and or numbers depending on the airline). Then go to the airline's website and look up your flight itinerary. This process also varies by airline, but there should be some menu such as "My Trips" or other itinerary look up option. The airline should be able to find your itinerary based on your name and confirmation number. If your priceline itinerary contains an e-ticket number, you may be able to use that on the airline's website as well. If the airline has your itinerary, you're good to go. You'll be able to check in and get a boarding pass (electronic or print) 24 hours prior to your flight. If the airline has no record of you, then you've got a problem.
