Worst customer service ever, I bought a phone from this company which unfortunately never worked, contacted them and after a few month I had to send it back at my own cost, they then said they repaired it which was great but I never received it, after over 8 months of writing emails and receiving lies and excuses about the delivery I have finally giving up.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a Samsung SmartPhone nock off on December 25,2013, but PriceAngels keep saying that they need better identification from me, such as clearer photos of my identification document and of my Mastercard.

This seems strange to me since I paid through PayPal. PayPal is supposed to remove any need for them to have my credit card information.

I have paid them $250.00 USD for the SmartPhone and they acknowledge having received the money, but when I open my account on their site it simply shows my order as "unshipped."

I don't understand why they need the details of my MasterCard. To be on the safe side, I canceled the MasterCard I used and am having a new one sent to me. This way, I won't suddenly see unexpected and unauthorized charges to my card.

If PriceAngels hasn't sent my SmartPhone within two weeks, then I'll complain to PayPal, to get a full refund the money I spent.

At the same time, I ordered a case for this phone and the case is listed as "shipped" on the website, but I have not yet received it.

For now, I rate this site as unreliable, but that could improve if they ship my phone as ordered.

Ordered Air Gesture P-i9500 Full-Size S4 5 inch 3G Smartphone MTK6589 Quad Core Android 4. 2. 2 With HD Capacitive Touch Screen/Dual Camera/Wi-Fi/GPS/1G RAM(White) from this site. When it arrived there was only one battery in the package, rather than the two that are advertised. Also one of the lugs on the rear cover was damaged which meant the rear cover did not fit correctly. I contacted Priceangels to send me the second battery and new rear cover(sent pictures to prove the damage)only to be told they will not send me the missing and damaged pieces and to return the goods by the cheapest postage rate. Anyone with half a brain knows if this is done i will be told after a period of time that the goods have not been recieved. I have sent numerous emails and have had replies that make me feel i am dealing with a computer and not a human.If you make an order and everything arrives ok, happy days but if anything is missing or damaged, good luck. Customer service is non existant as is in my experience is their quality control. I would recommend people steer clear of this site as there are alot better places to shop online. I am leaving this review as i reviews on the priceangels site are vetted and as mine did not appear i can only assume they did not like what i had to say and the trurh hurts

Shocking! They might be good at selling e cigs and phone cases but do not go at anything else, from my own experience and friends, Do not order phones or higher price watches.

I advise you to stay away from this company. I did two orders one arrived incomplete, the second is not there at all. I do not recommend shopping at this store. For questions about order I hear all the time "do not worry" "everything will be ok" "deeply sory." Bunch of thieves. Get your orders anywhere but not there."

I order an item that took a while to finally get delivered to my home. It was exactly as the picture showed it all accesories listed. Thia being my first purchase from them, I was quite excited that you could get "identically" products for remarkbly lower prices, which clued me in that something wasnt right. Needless to say i purchased a phone that was again exactly what I thought it to be but because it is a generic, knock off the phone company cannot give you what they offer real phones. I. e data speed apps insurance etc. so just a heads if you're gonna buy a phone and atleast I know speaking for t-mobile, that you will be running off of 2g speeds

You cannot find any negative product review from a customer in this site cause simply they do not approve any negative review and they approve only all the positive reviews. Very misleading!

Placed one order and while slow, got what I ordered. Still waiting over two months for the second. E Cigarette products, not overly pricey or technical. "Irene" keeps asking me to close a dispute. Funny thing is I never opened one. Then she is waiting for my 'confirmation' and then they will ship, or send a coupon, depending on the day. Then again today she is telling me to contact paypal for a refund. I NEVER FILED A DISPUTE BUT I WILL NOT. Save your time and peace of mind. You will be emailing back and forth, getting little but a headache. They are cheap, for sure, but still expensive if you do not get your goods. Scary thing is they are going to expand?

I was taken aback when I saw the myriad of negative reviews for Price Angels. I've placed seven orders now (mostly ecig stuff) over the last year or so and haven't had a bad experience yet. Cost and quality is amazing and their support team has been exceptional. Shipping varies, ranging from a couple weeks to a month, but that's to be expected coming from overseas. Not to mention it's FREE. You have the option to pay for faster shipping but I never do. I just don't get it. Is anyone else getting top-notch service from Price Angels?

I ordered something small just to try them out, an mp4 player.
Not only the usb cable was missing, but after I manage to got one here I realized that 6 of my supposedly 8 GB memory were not there, and also has lots of issues with everything, it barely works.
Their customer care is a joke, they responded but didn't acknowledge anything, and after like a week of pushing they give me a 3 dollar coupon, which I don't think I'll be using anytime soon with these guys.

Don't recommend at all, seems like a site that makes their money stealing their customers little by little.

Place an order for 4 phone. Not only it was effective and looks like a toy.not to mention their fast delivery is not within 7 days; IT TAKES WAY LONGER. NANCY WORST. CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER. CONSUMER BEWARE. DON'T WASTE UR MONEY. NOW I JUST LOSE 150.00 THAY I WILL NEVET GET IT BACK

Purchased product in November last year didn't receive it til the end of February than upon receiving it, it wasn't what they advertised it to be had to try & return it sent it back to an address that was given by RMA cause that's the only way you can communicate with them not to mention having to pay $45 to send back then as of aug. 18 the merchandise was returned to me saying address not found, now they are refusing a refund saying its been to long, wow & who's fault is that, they are running a scam on people DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

This site is horrible, I recived wrong phone, 1. I wait on RMA and not recived any answer, 2. When I open case on paypal that only talk what I hear is ship back packet and we will to refund without shiping, I will be in damage abaout 100$ for nothing, so don't buy anything for this site...

I am a *very* experience purchaser from Chinese companies both on the mainland and HK. I have purchased more than £30K worth of goods from HK in the last year alone, so believe me when I say I recognise a scam when I see one.
With PA, I paid for an item through PayPal. I always make a single purchase first to check the veracity of the seller. The transaction completed but PriceAngels also wanted me to pay by credit card as a 'backup', and send them a photo id to confirm my address (which is already verified by PayPal). They also want my PIN and other information to 'verify my identity'.
I have also received other emails from other companies about my order (order number was as per PA order) which means they have become confused as to which of their sites has my order. A number of those sites are known scammers.
To moral is, do not under any circumstances buy from PriceAngels. They are a known scam company that is liked to many other scam companies - avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered 2 Androids in April-(1)Keyboard was in Chinese (2) Would not boot up. Tried to resolve with Price Angels-Mailed them back at my expense-Filed a dispute with Pay Pal -they reviewed for 2 months then said I would have to get the refund from Price Angels.My Credit Card says it has been too long for them to dispute it. STAY AWAY FROM PAY PAL AND PRICE ANGELS

I placed and paid for two orders with Price Angels on 1st. June2013. After 20 days, when I tracked my orders on-line, I realized there were no information available for these two tracking numbers. I contacted Price Angel's Service Center numerous times. But each time, the reply/excuse I get is " delay due to your local custom clearance, please be patience and wait for another week". When I posted here, the date is 21st. July2013. It is already over 50 days and Price Angels still giving me the same advice- " Be patience and wait for another week". If you don't want to shorten your life-span and having nightmares communicating with Price Angel's Service Center, I strongly suggest that you should stay away from shopping at Price Angels.com.
