I purchased a Android tablet March 10th 2013... I may have used it three times before it decided that It would turn on and get stuck on Android screen and do nothing else... I tried to find a fix for it and nothing worked... Contacted Price Angels... They wanted me to send it back for repair at my expense witch would cost me over 75.00 to do so when I only paid 53.00 for it... email after email... they wanted to issue me a 25.00 credit I said no. Then they wanted to give me a 15.00 credit and then they wanted to refund 15.00... I will never purchase anything from their company again! I was not wasting my time and money sending back a defective product that they apparently have had so many problems with anyway... I'm still emailing until I get my 53.00 back... and trust me it's not about the 53.00 at this point... It's about doing the right thing! They have the poorest customer service that I have ever dealt with and I have been in retail for over 30 years... Don't purchase anything from this company it takes a month or more to get it and if you have issues. They don't CARE!
Tablet arrived late - when it bricked itself I tried raising this with them. The account I created on their system to buy the tablet had vanished - even though I had the email from their system detailing the order. Emailed their service department - after 2 months of silence, found their facebook page and posted onto it. Immediate response - saying that I needed to raise the issue through my account on their system. I repeated that the account isn't their any more and after lots of discussions and confusion on their part they asked me to create a new account. Did - raised the problem and waited - after poking their facebook page again start getting email responses - eventually they said that they couldn't replace but didn't give a reason. I asked for one and they then sent an email about resetting my account password - then repeated the previous email that they couldn't replace the tablet.
Stay well away! If ever you have goods that break you won't get any service.

I ordered an A7100 smartphone from them. In the description it says that the phone is Android 4.0, so I bought it for my little sister. It arrived in great condition but when I turned it on, it had an Android 2.3 user interface. I was a little sketchy but they assured me that it was Android 4.0. After talking to a friend, he told me of some apps that could only be used for Android 4.0 and up phones. I tried downloading those apps and they didn't work at all. Then he told me of some other ways to see if it really was Android 4.0. There's an Easter egg when you go to the settings and look at the Android version. If you tap where it says "Android version", a picture should pop up. A phone that's actually running on Android 4.0 will show a picture of the Android guy in an ice cream costume. What popped up instead was a picture of a gingerbread man running from zombies: that is the Android 2.3 Easter egg!
To make it short, they sold me a phone that was hacked to say it was running Android 4.0 in the settings when in fact it's running on Android 2.3. The phone itself is nice but that is not what I paid for. They insisted I return it so they can "update" it after they refused to believe it wasn't running Ice Cream Sandwich and asked for pictures several times, each time I provided pictures. They would only give me a store credit for shipping it to them even though it's their mistake for giving me the wrong Android phone. But I don't want to shop with them again! I paid for an Android 4.0 phone, not an Android 2.3 phone. They say the supplier must not have updated my phone. No, the supplier purposely hacked the phone to read Android 4.0 to fool people when it's really running Android 2.3. If you buy a phone and you're not sure of the Android version, try to run something like Nova launcher or Apex launcher from the Play store. If it doesn't run, it's a version less than Android 4.0. Also try the Android Easter eggs and that will really tell you what version it is. Just Youtube them.
I do not recommend PriceAngels. Their customer service responds but they're not that competent and have a hard time understanding that something is wrong with the item they sent out. They refused to even check the rest of the phones to see if they were running on the correct Android version they were advertising.
Would never have ordered goods on them, long to process transactions that we do, I feel they do not have a direct connection to the manufacturers, they like taking stuff from other sites, I suspect this site does not have a real firm
Be careful from purchasing from Priceangels After watching reviews on Youtube for the item number ******* a inexpensive android tablet. I made the purchased this on Cyber Monday. Expecting to have the item for a Christmas present. I Did not receive the product until January 10th. It was defective and would not charge. It also was not the correct OS (did not have the Google play store as advertised). I made contact within 24 hours of receiving the tablet. They requested I take pictures then video to prove that the item did not charge let alone turn on after the initial battery died. They then requested that I take the item to have repaired. They stated they would reimburse me for partial of the cost. Being the item was defective upon arrival. In addition I could have purchased a better quality tablet if I wanted one refurbished. I requested to have an exchange, which they granted me. However the shipping method they asked me to send will only track the item for 30 days or up to it reaching China's customs. It's been 3 months since I had the tablet shipped off. Being the item has "Never been located" I have wasted the 60 for the product and 45 for the Shipping of the item to "not make it" I feel that this is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I have made several purchases over seas and have always had better customer service and honest companies. I hope this review saves others from the disappointment I have dealt with.
I do not recommend order from priceangels.com I placed order for 18 watches on September 17th and as 28th of February I do not have received parcel. Order sum was 68€.
I have got tens on answers like this "Or may we advise if you like to wait a few days?" from their so called customer support.
Tracking number of RA*******CN shows that this parcel is never posted. So I have lost 68€ to priceangels.
Priceangels is the worst shopping experience I've ever encountered, I ordered a tablet PC off their website which they never had in stock, it took me 4 attempts at picking one they could actually supply me and when it finally arrived 6 weeks later it was faulty and used not new. Their site is set up to take your money but the live help never works and if you complain when the customer services finally do get around to contacting you they offer truly insulting compensation like $5 for a tablet you have paid a couple of hundred $'s for.

I ordered some very well priced electronic cigarette stuff from price angles (ego batteries, cartomizers, chargers etc...) VERY WELL priced. Unfortunately, I read a ton of bad review after my order... I got nervous and cancelled my order. They immediately asked to refund my money or asked if I wanted store credit. I chose to a refund. Within 2 days they credited my card. NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER. This site is legit. They have very well priced items... I should have just kept my order. Would have my ridiculously discounted stuff by now. Silly me for reading reviews from people and not going with my gut. They seemed very nice. Very responsive and very good. I will re-order for sure. I don't think they are trying to rip-off anyone. I think they might have just gotten overwhelmed during the holidays. Also, shipping from China sometimes takes like a month. Give them a try... I don't think you'll have a problem... And yes... you need to pay for return shipping for returns... it's 80% discount stuff shipped from a small mid-size shop in China... It's not Amazon.
I ordered a tablet on 1/7/13. It arrived 1/26/13 and the power cord was broken plus the tablet has bubbles all over it. I got most of the bubbles out but still a few there but the power cord does not work right. It shocks you when you plug it in. I have tried to complain using MY RMA on their website does not work so i have emailed numerous times and sent photos of broken plug but they said i must have broke it myself. I recommend you stay away from this place.
priceangels.com is horrible! DO NOT order anything from this website. They speak highly about fast shipping and great customer service. What a joke! I ordered a tablet for my son and it came in 28 days. During that time I was emailing the website (who guaranteed a response in 24 hours) and never heard back. I emailed them 3 times and never got a response. I would return the item but I have no idea how to because nobody will email me back. I will never ever order anything from this place again!
Ripped off! To the tune of £55.45 items sent then returned by customs then sent again and now missing 55days later they offer $10 gift voucher. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
"I would like to let everyone know how I was scammed by PriceAngels. First of all I ordered 2 tablets for $54.25 each no shipping was added total was $108.50. Well the order was placed on 12/5/2012 and has yet to be shipped that I can handle but what I can't handle is how they took $108.09, $108.23, $3.25, and $3.24 out of my account which in return caused me to have to pay bank fees. People stay away from PriceAngels because they are truly SCAMMERS... They don't care that these were Christmas presents for my kids and now over $200 in the hole I have to figure out what I'm going to do to get my kids gifts. I'm literally in tears right now. You guys have been warned stay away! I plan to go to my bank in the morning to see what if anything can be done about this and what's crazy is usually I Google companies to read reviews and for some reason I didn't do that this time silly me. I am pleased at the beginning of this link, fast and conscientious service. Now that the half-year to send me to disappear, the money will not compensate. New orders not sent within a month. When I do place an order you can see that they have in store, the end turns out not. People who reply to letters are incompetent Please expect more and more it is already half a year waiting to solve problems because they have lost the case. Now I will send the case returned from their coupons, which again is not on the site and re-send in coupons, so I Send items only coupons, and which had never come.

You can never get a hold of any customer survice rep ever and they take about 3-5 it process your order also don't pay for extra so called faster shipping it don't work ems is slow 3-5 at home it's been over a week now and still my package is in china!

I placed an order for three tablets ninety (91) one days ago and never received my order. The tablets were gifts for my kids. The total amount I spent was over $500 U.S. Price Angels must have some sort of scam gong on as they gave me an airmail tracking number, for an order shipped standard shipping. My package supposedly arrived in New York four days after I paid for it. It never left New York at any time.
Price Angels has done nothing to help me at all! They claim they shipped it to the correct address, but I live in California and the package never left New York. I asked my postal rep how they can state in New York that a package is not deliverable in California. Her response was; They can not. If the package was addressed correctly it should have at least made it out of New York which it did not.
THIS IS A WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM PRICE ANGELS. EVEN THEIR CHARGE METHOD IS A SCREW OVER AS YOU CAN NOT PERFORM A CHARGEBACK. THEY RUN THE CHARGE AS IF IT WERE A CASH TRANSACTION, NOT A PRODUCT!
I could swim to China and back faster than their 'shipping' methods take. I ordered something small to test if the site was legit on November 2nd. I'm writing this January 11th and still it hasn't arrived and the only resolution customer service, or 'Amy' will give me is a coupon for the purchase amount toward my next order. I've taken the problem to PayPal in hopes of some resolution.

I finally guessed a customer support email address and contacted them that way. I was told to send it back at my expense and they would refund the postage by way of coupons for store credit! That is EXTORTION and ILLEGAL!
I am disabled and live on benefits, why should I pay out money and only get coupons for a company I never want to buy from again? This company should not be allowed to get away with their behaviour.
They want video evidence of the fault when I don't have a video recorder, photographic evidence of the fault (How can you show something is dead in a photo?) Without this evidence they say they cannot do anything!

Answer: Does anyone know how to contact these people at price angels? It's been almost a month and all I've received is an email stating my order has been partially shipped. Why is that? I did not send a partial payment... I've sent emails to sales@priceangels.com_ Is this a correct email to contact them? I have yet to receive a response. I did not pay very much for my items but do expect to receive the product wether it lasts or not... Not a very good way to do business
